Evony Terms and conditions

Server 1300 rules violations according to their agreement violations to #1.6. 31.7. And code of conduct offensive or infringing content these violations are obvious and in the open I have contacted and filed complaints it’s been 3 days with no action there treat of severe punishment for these violations is a joke the abuse continues July 12,13,14 2023

Evony About the misbehaviour and Mafia working on Server 1381

ID [protected], is nuisance value player on Server 1381 and he is taking money from players as part to exploit others, I have a evidence where he has clear mentioned he takes money just to attack player. If such are cases and evony feels this is right behaviour and also Evony promotes Mafia to exploit other by this tactics we stop playing Evony and will advice all other who suffered to stop buying packages.

you can have a scan as he keeps changing Names.already many people have started emptying server,When all other player have a mutual respect and behaviour such Mafia are creating losses to us.

I hope Evony will take action else which we also have escalate to our Government authorities to ban such games where Mafia activities are promoted

Evony Promotion for hatred and malicious behavior.

I'm a concern player from server 770 trying to play and enjoy in a none toxic environment but unfortunately a person whom own alot of accounts tries to prevent everyone from having this good experience with other e-friends. Now, along with other peers, we believe that since such players are still around without even a serious warning the fun is no longer the same. Doesn't Evony creators think of us worthy to enjoy this wonderful experience since such person trying to promote for negativity freely?

We were able to capture few proofs before this player delete them.

Evony Game glitch

I have been working on my ranking to unlock duke for a extra sub, so the past week I spent 200000 gems on offerings, 300 tributes, andnthousands in stamina killing bosses, time consuming also, my rank never moved previous score was same, I updates before reset, I sent tickets, emails and no responce positive, I need this fix, got a new sub now and have no way to put it, where as I think a member went up 14 I even went down 1, the error is not going up but the previous rank never moved, how am I to continue knowing nothing moved?, I even brought packs to get stamina to continue, server 528 albasti

Evony A player on server 684 of Evony the King's Return

His username is YourPenis and he's constantly putting profanity, sexual references, and insults on world chat. He's always talking about player's genitalia and talking about having sex with them. We have asked him repeatedly to stop, but he won't. He simply gets more and more graphic.

I tried logging onto the forums to post this, but your forum will not display any CAPCHA photo, but requires a response from said photo. I can't register an account until that is fixed. That's why I'm posting here. I have used the in-game report feature in chat repeatedly and no response. There is no way to make the player behave. Sure, we can all block him, but that doesn't solve the problem.

Desired outcome: Suspension or ban.

Evony Disgusting behaviour and pornography

I've noticed along with other teammates that a player with multiple accounts keeps making inappropriate messages whenever they could. We noticed even a pattern that this players constantly creating alt accounts using the same disrespectful words and trying to abuse and gaslight everyone in an attempt to make us believe that what they're doing is totally normal. The accounts that this player own and that we knew about are : Angelaྀ࿐ ... ❦Amara§༊ ... ༺Andrea꧂ from ALF alliance, server 770 . I'll share the captures to confirm these behaviors .

Evony Evony the king's return application

I have been playing the game 'Evony The King's Return' for a couple of years now on my Android smartphone, and am absolutely amazed at hour terrible the technical aspects of the application are...

Almost every time you try to open the game, there is ANOTHER UPDATE, which can take up to half an hour to complete, and typically ruins the game once finished. Beyond this, there is also the inevitable 'Downloading Resource Bundle' that you have to wait through, which can literally take HOURS TO COMPLETE, if you are lucky enough that it doesn't crash the app trying. One of the most frustrating things this stupid game does is tell you there is not enough space available for each update, which causes you to have to uninstall the game, then re-download the application, and reinstall it, which will then open with the new update. Unfortunately, since the criminals who originally stole the code for this game do not have ANY TECHNICAL APTITUDE, nor the ability to properly administrate a server, oftentimes, this will force you to restart a completely new game after picking a new culture, and then switch over to your existing account. Meh, I guess that's what you get when you deal with a known scam. Regardless, after the latest useless pointless update forced me to do this, it would not allow me to link my existing account anymore, so I could not switch it over. The only thing I could do was to completely uninstall the game from my phone, then reinstall it from scratch, which brought me to 'Downloading Resource Bundle 375M' again, except this time it would not do so, eventually opening some stupid error about 'Dark Magic' that means it is not connecting to the server. I have a few games on my phone that attach to servers to open, and they all work, just not Evony, so it is not my connection, it is the garbage servers this application is trying to use, and the incompetent idiots trying to pretend to be software developers!

Desired outcome: Would like to be contacted by the developers either by Email at [protected]@mail.com, or by phone text at [protected], with a solution to get the game application to open correctly.

Evony Evony.....Purchased a package yesterday and did not receive all of the items.

I have sent emails creating both a ticket and email regarding the incident..including my Google Play receipt...I have provided the receipt 3 times and still no answer or resolve. It should.be.noted this has never happened before and it is suspicious to me since the game went down almost immediately after I made the purchase. Maybe just a coincidence however I would very much appreciate a resolution. It cost me over 70.00. And I would like to see all of the items returned to my account.

Desired outcome: I would like to receive everything I paid for please.

Evony Not being able to access the game

I've not been able to access the game on server 333 for over an hour. In certain servers to be kicked out of the game and not be able to log back in will cost billions in resources and speedups. In my opinion you the game developers are responsible for that.it is currently 8:50 pm eastern standard time. Your customer service leaves me slack jawed and utterly amazed you still have a business.

Desired outcome: An apology would be nice and compensation for losses that occurred in the time span.

Evony Customer Support

For the last 3 days I have reached out to Evony regarding the account I was locked out of. I reached out through the in-game customer support, FB messenger, and email. Thus far, all I have received is an automated response and no action. I have spent more than 12k of my own money in the game and they refuse to help me. You want to know how I know they are refusing to help me? They responded a few times to one of my friends who also placed a ticket for me, but none for me. They can’t be bothered to help me recover one measly account, despite the amount of money players spend in the game.

Desired outcome: Improve Evony non-existing customer support and/or recover my account.

Evony Evony king's return games

My first message is may 21, an event has ended. The second event has arrived. still no information as support team.

Although how many days have passed, there is still no answer.

What happened to at least 2.6+ thousand resources that I've been accumulating for months and entered today to build a castle wall for RSS refunds. No hacks, no RSS usage. Why did it fall? Why this happened after the updates. Please I want a refund of our resources, today and on the 3rd day of the RSS refund, there are photos taken from my tablet and photos of my rss taken 15 days ago on the battlefield, please I request a refund

There is no treatment either. All of them are given to you with a screen shot.

please return my rss. which you are constantly failing and i lose something with every update

Evony The king's return

There have been multiple bugs in the past few SVS. Two SVS ago, there was a bug that prevented you from using a truce agreement when you returned to your own server. I fortunately was able to avoid this by restarting the game, but others got "zeroed" because of it. Last SVS, I myself got "zeroed" when the game locked up for about 12 seconds, giving the other guy enough time to "force teleport" me, locate me, and attack me. This SVS, I got zeroed (as did at least one other in our alliance) when we went to the Truce Agreement menu, used 2500 gems to purchase a 3-day "bubble", and got hit when we only got credit for a 1-day bubble (neither of us noticed the bubble was NOT for 3 days). Customer support tickets get completely ignored; it would cost them NOTHING to just give us enough Source of Life to restore the troops we lost, but they won't even do that. No, you can use gems to buy SoL, and you can use real cash to buy gems. See how that works?

Desired outcome: I want my troops restored & their customer "support" to SUPPORT rather than just ignoring tickets, then giving a "form" reply and closing; if they can't, I want them to refund the 100 bucks I've spent on this game that they don't support.

Evony In Game Purchases

After purchasing many packs from their online store they took away gems and troops and accused me of using third party agencies. I provided them with my credit card statements showing my purchases, and they still accuse me of using third party agencies and will not return the deleted/taken items and troops until I pay them even more money. They can provide no proof to me of my alleged transgressions, but took away everything in the blink of an eye.

Desired outcome: Return the items and troops that they removed.

Evony Glitches are costing me money

2nd time I have put a protection bubble on thats good for 24 hours and it doesn't apply it. This time I put one on before bed and have proof and when I woke up I was attacked 3 times and now down 50 million in power and all my resources were zeroed out. It's bad enough we have to deal with the constant power struggles of two alliances never letting people grow but now this. I want all my resources and troops back. I've spent a fortune on this game and am tired of having these glitches cost me money

I and another had a similar issue where we purchased the 3-day bubble from the Truce Agreement screen for 2500 gems and only got a 1-day bubble. We got zeroed as well. I haven't heard back yet on my ticket, and don't expect to...

Evony Opening gems item missing

Just now I want to spend those gems in the black market, I opened two 5000 gems but I didn't receive it. Ive always complained some other things like missing stamina, losing some of my items like rss, stamina, early dropped of my bubble even it's not the time, didn't collect some barbarian flowers, and the event in Crawler but it's already finished the event still not received compensation They replied but not fixing the problem.

I hope this time can recover my gems 🙏 it 10000 gems

Evony Where is my reward?

J was playng game with my hive and J was expecting a reward today, but J didn't get the reward. J sheduled my time for this war J have 3 kids, old mother laying in bed, father in hosptal and hard job where J work with kids in kindergarten but have awfull colleges and they just look how stub someonebin the back and my blood presure is because of them 186/26... In this hive are people like famili warm and kind and like to help... J know it's illusion but for those moments when J play game J forgot about all nasty people. J was expect a reward what is on first screenshoot. J instaled this game for joy... And J open the mail today and get very sad because J get reward what is on the other 2 screenshoots. It's nit fair. There is no honor in that action. Right?

Evony Evony packages & business practices

I have spent 15 thousand dollars on this game to enhance my gaming experience. Players spend tremendous amounts of money in this game and Evony uses false advertising, and preys upon people to get them to spend money. They also violate International gambling laws by allowing you to purchase packages and bet on castles, gaming equipment etc.

Evony allows third party package sellers to sell their packs via the games in house email system. The packs are bought and sold through non conventional payment methods (PayPal, Venmo, etc). If I pay through Evony’s conventional system (Apple, Amazon, Google Play) I pay 100 dollars each pack, and third party package dealers (which are supposed to be against Evony policy) sell packs much cheaper. However, Evony doesn’t ever punish players who buy these packs, or the dealers who sell them because afterall, they are evading taxes. This is all under the table business deals and Evony has got away with it for far too long.

Also, many of the third party dealers are from overseas where Evony can put money into foreign banks. This company needs investigated ASAP! I want my money back for them allowing illegal package purchases to destroy my gaming experience

Desired outcome: I want them investigated and I want a full refund of my purchases for them allowing illegal business practices in the gaming environment.

Evony Evony the game

Okay so I'm a member of the regulators on server 724 and we are being attacked all the time by someone name Flippo due to him making a rule that wasn't voted on by counsel also he has zeroed out players multiple times and not just our alliance but multiple alliances also stole 3 subs of mine and I'm not the only player this has happened to he takes our subs then gives them to lower level players in his alliance so I would appreciate if he was placed on another server with a player named heph or hades one is level 39 and one is level 40... This mess has been going on for awhile and myself and other players are planning on quiting if nothing gets done I mean Im not going to continue to be a paying player if this continues... Or move my account to a different server it's King Kong with the regulators...

Desired outcome: Place Flippo and Heph on a different server or place my account on a different server

Lots of players quit, why do you think there's a resolution such as merging? Do you not know how many servers Evony has? Do you know how many newer servers still gain many players? Because the game is addicting. Play as Evony designed it to play, War not Farmville. If you're afraid of being attacked, stay bubbled. If you want your sub cities back, go fight for them. Easy peasy.

Do you not know what Evony was created for? W.A.R. It sounds like what they're doing is helping their players grow. You can go to another server, it will be best, but if they turn out to be worse than 724, good luck.
