Everything2go.com, LLC is the worst
Everything2go.com, LLC is the worst. I bought a 3-drawer thingy and they wouldn't bring it upstairs even though there's a ramp and elevator. I told them my back hurts and they said to pay someone 20 bucks to do it for me. Plus, if I return it, they charge me 20% restocking fee. So not cool.

I ordered a conference table from Everything2go.com, LLC on 04/28/22. Order#EV118A59 and Item#***-NGA154. They said they would tell me when it would arrive, but they didn't. I had to keep asking them. I asked them to tell me in writing, but they still didn't. They said it would come on a big truck and they would call me 3 days before it arrived. Today I got a link from Mayline saying they tried to deliver it, but I wasn't there. They didn't tell me anything about this before. It was 2 weeks late and now I have to wait another week. I have to change my work schedule and my client schedule for an 8am to noon delivery time. They promised me things and didn't do them. They should pay me for my missed work and time. They are not professional and they don't keep their promises.

I ordred a desk from bushfurniture2go.com, an everything2go.com company. They took my card and then emailed me to say the desk was sold out. They offered me a different color. I asked for a swatch, which took more than 2 weeks to come. During those 2 weeks I talked to the seller a couple of times to say the swatch was taking a long time and that I was thinking of ordering before that color sold out too. They said not to worry, but when I got the swatch and went to order, that color was also sold out. People make mistakes, that's not what I'm upset about. The owner David was rude and condescending in his handling of the situation. There's no reason to be rude to a customer when you're the one who messed up!
