Everbrite SmileFraud

I ordered 2 different free samples after reading an artile on msnbc that offered to brighten teeth for pennies on the dollar, helping to save money for people living on a budget wanting to whiten teeth. I authorized a total of $3.87 to EverBrite Smile, and $0.99 to Celebrity White teeth. I have been charged 9 times total.
I ordered products 2/19/2017,
charged $.01, $.99 on 2/22/2017 by HEALTHBILLSCS.COM.
I was also charged $.03, $3.87 by SII*ONLNORDR8776833030 on 2/22/2017.
On 3/2/2017 I was charged $.70 and $87.47 by SII*ONLNORDR8776833080.
On 3/8/2017 I was charged $40.00 by IBUILDWEALTH
On 3/9/2017 I was charged $1.20, $149.95 by CELEBWHITECS.COM
I got the phone numbers to all 3 of these companies off my bank statement. When I called to dispute charges I was given the run around and lied to. Everbrite Smile promised me that my membership was cancelled (which I never signed up for in the first place) Promised me I was never charged more then $3.87 for the s/h of the free sample. ALL LIES!!
BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!! They are working with sister companies and will rob you blind.
I found them out because I never recieved my order(s) and called to check on them.
By the time I got to my bank on the morning of 3/9/2017 my total charges by these 3 companies (EverBrite Smile, Celebrity White Smile, & Debt2WealthClub aka IBUILDWEALTH) was $284.22. Luckily my bank is awesome and we are filing numerous fraud complaints, we filed a report with our local police department, the B.B.B., The F.B.I. Internet Fraud Division, and next I will report to My State Attorney general.

As you can see, it appears this company is charging me twice under different names. I onl answered the one email for a total of approximately $9.00 for samples. Yet two so said companies are charging my credit card. To me this is totally fraudulent and they sent me another Email threatening my credit rating which is very good.

I have had the same problem. I recieved my trial shippment 6 days into the 10 day grace period. While looking online at my bank statement I saw that they had taken $39.95 out three days before my trial period was over! I tried to call to cancel but of course they were closed and would not reopen till Monday. I sent a request to cancel, online and was going to follow up with a phone call on Monday morning. Monday morning when I checked my account, I saw that the company had refunded my account so I let the issue go thinking they had recieved my request. Only to find out that my account was recharged. I called the company and after being on hold for nearly an hour, one disconnect and three people, I was told there was nothing they could do to help me because my trial period was up.
I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and try to dispute the charges with my bank. Has anyone had any luck disputing charges?

I went through the same thing. It all boiled down to they will only refund half of the 87.47 and my bank will refund the rest because the charge was unauthorized. I really pisses me off that a company would be so blatantly dishonest. I am watching too.

I'm going through the SAME thing as so many others have posted. I ordered the "trial" on 4.2.2017. I read the "fine print" in the terms section of the website and realized the 10-day tril begins WHEN you place the order - NOT when you receive it!!!

I called customer service on 4.9.2017 at 2:36pm CST and spoke to Miles Danielle. I told her I had not yet received the product and was informed my "trial" period would be extended 10 days (i.e., I would have until 4.21.2017 to call without further charges). Guess what? It is 4.15.2017 and still NO PRODUCT. After checking my bank statement I was charged $87.47 on 4.13.2017. I called customer service today and ironically the "trial" was shipped to today.

After explaining the problem to the CS rep for the 5th time, he informed me he would forward the issue on to accounting. I asked to speak to accounting personally and was informed "they do not take calls." Of course not!!! Customer service is obviously out-sourced and the people handling the $$$ are in the US and too busy to care.

Still trying to get my money back! I want to file a class action lawsuit. Anyone care to join?

You'd better close your account. You're not going to get a refund...I'm closing my account today. I spoke to them twice and was told I would receive a refund within 10 days. Instead of a refund I got charged twice!

Sophisticated marketing covering up a major scam. Ordered two products after seeing what seemed to be a legitimate news story about combining use of two products. Both sent samples but also required cancellation of "memberships." Celebrity Whitener was very good for customer service but EverBrite was a huge hassle.

    1) They did not send their sample until the 10th day of the "trial period"
    2) They refused to cancel my "membership" on the 10th day but offered to extend the "trial period"
    3) I demanded they cancel and they finally sent an email with instructions
    4) I followed the instructions and followed up with a letter immediately the next day
    5) I was still charged $87.47 a couple of days later
    6) Took four phone calls, two hang-ups by the company, but finally got some instructions to send the product back to the Hollywood FL address for a re-fund
    7) I also contacted my Credit Card company to fight the charge and also contact both my MN and the FL Attorney Generals.

Let's see if I really get this resolved and my money refunded.

They actually did not ship their "trail offer" to me until about 4 weeks after my order. How you are suppose to try something if you don't receive and then cancel 10 calendar days after you order is beyond logic. There customer service are robots that have common names, but they follow a script. They are able to listen or respond to anything outside the script. That is after you wait an average of 30 minutes to speak to someone. I wish I had checked their BBB national rating or checked them out before I ordered. This is clearly a SCAM.

I purchased a trial offer From EverBrite Smile (in bank statement charges appear under whiter smile) for 3.95, then without my consent or authorization I get charge $87.47. After I call EverBrite twice they told me that my trial period expired (10 days) and they make it almost impossible to cancel this non-sense membership, and that is the reason why I got charged the $87.47! To make matters worst they told me that I need to wait for an e-mail and follow the instruction to ensure the account/membership is cancel accordingly. I go and look at my e-mail and I don't see the mail so I call them back and someone else tells me that it can rtake up to 3 hours and if I don't receive the mail to call them back. This is a major SCAM. I have never dealt with anything like it. Can something get done about this? I just went straight to the bank and I have to make sure I did not incur any more charges from EverBrite because if you leave it up to them, this scam will not stop. Anyone has any suggestions...please help.

I ordered a free trial on the 7th March 2017 and I was charged ($3.87 - £2.63) which debited my account on the 9th March. I am still waiting for my 'free trial' and my account was then charged a further ($87.47 - £59.76) which debited my account on the 16th March (not 10days!). I haven't received the item in order to try it, why would I want to part with money without the product. I phoned the call centre to cancel (on 10th day - today) and I was told I couldn't until I return the product which hasn't even been sent set and it's still the 17th March. All I want is a refund for the 2nd amount debited as this is unjustified! This has happened to my Mother too exact same days and amounts.

Learned lesson hard way to never trust trial periods anymore no matter what the product is. Everbrite Smile charged my card 10 days $87.47 to my account, the trial was to last 14 days. Took 2 phone calls and 20 minutes of complaining to the company to finally get them to reimburse my money. I was not only upset that they charged my card before my trial period ended but I never got the product plus they wouldn't answer questions I was asking them...I noticed on everyone else complaints that they are the same problem. I will look for my refund within 10 - 15 business days, hopefully I am done dealing with this company! Major fraud!

I placed an order on 2/03/2017, my checking account was charged on 2/05/2017 in the amount of $3.87 for shipping and handling plus a separate International charge of $.12. I placed a call to [protected] on 2/19/2017 asking about my trial offer product I had not received as of yet (and still haven't). They started talking about a monthly agreement order that I was unaware of and I told them to cancel it at that time. They tried to get me to go to their website (this one I think) and do the cancellation myself but I had trouble getting here and was told they would take care of it on their end. I was speaking with a representative by the name of "Cindy Blair", and I asked for a cancellation #, and was told they don't give cancellation #'s. I felt my monthly order was cancelled and that I would still be getting my trial product. Not the case! I was checking my account today 2/22/2017 and found that I was charged $39.95 for their product. I called [protected] to discuss the matter again. I was on the phone 48.07 minutes with a representative by the name of "Zack" who explained over and over again that if he cancelled my order to refund my $39.95 that he would be canceling my order for the trail offer as well, since they only have one system. After asking to speak with a manager (first come first served basis) I was eighth (8th) in line to speak to him and only sixth (6th) by the time I gave up and ended my call. Thank GOD! I was only charged the $39.95 price. Zack assured me that "the charge was only pending and had not actually gone trough yet". He told me that he could "cancel it and it would disappear from the charge status in my checking account". I was also told "We will refund your shipping and handling charges since you have not received your trial product and there is no tracking number indicating that the product has not been shipped. That canceling your monthly order would also be canceling your trial offer being we only have one system". I have contacted my bank and they are canceling it on our end as well, by way of disputing the charges, both the original $3.87, $.12, (totaling $3.99) CH1409478 and the $39.95 CG1409474 charges. I hope reporting this helps others! Lynn Burkard, Winston Salem, North Carolina

i ordered the free trial, they charged me for shipping which is fine but 4 days after placing the order for the free trial i called to cancel per instructions of the web site. they said to not be automatically en-rolled in program you had to cancel within 10 days. i called to cancel and the guy would not let me cancel. i told him i did not want to be charged or en-rolled in anything and he said he understood that but was going to extend the free trial till march 2 and if i still did not want to be en-rolled, to call back then. i repeatedly told him to not en-roll me, that i wanted to cancel and he would not cancel me so i said i would call back in 2 days to cancel again and he said fine. i checked my bank statement 2 days later and they had charged me 87.87. i do not know why. i have spent all morning trying to get a hold of them and they are not answering the phone. i am so mad

I ordered the trial product, and started trying to call and cancel on day 3 after the order because I saw the additional charges I would be charged each month. My credit card was charged the $87. on day 7 of the 10 day trial period and have never received the sample. If you call the customer service number on their website, you will NOT get an answer - but if you call [protected] and hold for about 20 minutes, you may get an answer. They will pretend they can't hear you, or understand what you are saying. If you reply "Let me inform you that I am taping this conversation to give to my attorney". Suddenly the lady was able to understand EVERYTHING I said from that point on! They will TRY everything to get you to keep it - just keep saying - NO - I want to cancel and get a refund on my credit card. She will not give you a confirmation number, but you are supposed to get notified by email within 24 hours. Make sure you get the person's name you talked to!!! I am supposed to get a refund on my card within 14 days - I'll be watching!!!

I Ordered a Trial Of Teeth Whitener for $2.99 and was charged $87.47 to my bank account before I ever received the product. When I called to Have the charge reversed I was told it could not be done because the trial offer of ten days was passed witch was untrue. I told them I would return the product when I received it un opened and I was told to "Take advantage of the product " since they were not going to refund my money. There is NO service aggreement on any of their websites, at least not prior to allowing your order to go through. I even printed my reciept and there is no sevice agreement on it. This is a deceptive RIP OFF. I'm going to fight it with my banks support.
