Magical Smiles

I had my step son there 15 min early and checked in but after waiting 35 min, I asked the lady at the front desk and found out that we had been checked in and out . So while waiting in the lobby and talking to a person about this, one of the staff came burting into the lobby and in a load clear voice shouted that they had not forgotten us and was getting us a room right then .I was clear on the other side of the room . once inside to have my step son teeth worked on, I asked for the owner and spoke with him about this . At no time did he give me his name or the staff womans name that was rude to me . He began saying that none of his staff would ever talk to people in a rude manner or talk about conversations that they were not apert of . then as i was was leaving this building the same woman at the front desk stated that she would call my wife and bet that I would not be seen there again . I have never seen such childish acts by adults or deny wrong doings as this . I wont be early again just to watch people that are late and go in front of me .
