eSurranty how to cancel the &membership&?

eSurranty rep calls me and says they can provide protection for any electronics or appliances that I have bought or will buy within the next year. I got NO confirmation, NO details, NOTHING. I want my money back, but I don't know who to go to or how to cancel the "membership". HELP!
