eSurranty did nothing in order to help me

I filled the form on the website www.esurranty.com, ‘coz my phone died. I spoke with the agent and he told me that one repair centre was near my house. So they promised to contact me when they would reach the rep form this centre. After 2 days no one contacted me. I was furious and wanted to repair this phone ASAP, but they didn’t reply. I called to this centre, but they didn’t get my form. I have no idea what to do now. Please, post comments and maybe someone can help me.

eSurranty how to cancel the &membership&?

eSurranty rep calls me and says they can provide protection for any electronics or appliances that I have bought or will buy within the next year. I got NO confirmation, NO details, NOTHING. I want my money back, but I don't know who to go to or how to cancel the "membership". HELP!
