never shipped the item and charged me!
I bought headphones as a Christmas gift on this website, on dec. 15, 2015. By the way, their email is not @esurebuy.com. It's a regular gmail account. Anyway, they sent me an updated status of the order, that it was shipped and they sent me the tracking number. I checked everyday on USPS, and it says shipping label created. That's been like that for a week, it doesn't mean it has been shipped. I contacted esurebuy.com and they said that the item was backordered and that they will ship it once they get it. Terrible email, no capital letters, no punctuation marks, this is not a serious business. I furiosly tell them to refund my money and they never replied. I disputed the charge through my bank. Now, I don't have a Christmas present for my dad. Buying cheap ends up being expensive! Don't buy here! It's not a real business!

Order and Received Plantronics Voyager Edge Bluetooth which was advertised as new but had clearly been used (probably the same one received by another victim that posted a complaint for same product). I sent the product back they refunded the product cost but not the shipping cost. They did not respond to my request to refund the shipping. You're better off...

I ordered from them 2 Samsung Bluetooth and have to pay for shipping charge. When I received the items, both of them were in non-working condition.I have to return them to esurebuy.com, so either they have to send me another one or give me full refund. After back and forth, 1 month after I received a refund with less shipping charge. I questioned them why, they said this is their policy not refund shipping charge. I said but this is not my fault, because they sent me non-working items, so why I have to pay for shipping charge. Anyway, no luck for me, the website has no customer service line, they go by email only, like talking to the wall. After spending month talking with them, nothing can get out of it, finally I gave up, I lost shipping charge for NOTHING.

This company sold a used headset with ear wax. Was definitely NOT NEW. This company is a scam. Wouldn't issue a refund for the full amount. I'm out freight to me and from me to them and have nothing to show for it. Lost $19 in freight was this scam company.
Purchased a set of lg Bluetooth headphones about a month ago. Bank card was charged. I received an email stating my package was at the post office for pick up. No package received. Post office said it never arrived and the email was false. Reached out to eaurebuy via email. First Nick Braun sent me a tracking number. Post office states it doesn't exist. Now I have a case number. Gonna go out on a limb and say this will come up non-existent also. I am bishop7576@gmail.com
Please Please Please! Do not fall trap to this cheaply available products on this website! There is no response for days, your money cannot be tracked and lastly, don't be under the illusion that refunds will be processed soon, it will take the hell out of you to get your hard-earned money back!

I have also been burned by this crook. I however live in the same state which gives me leverage to take legal recourse against this guy. I am pretty sure this is some guy selling crap out of his apartment since the address is a multi-family residence.

Esurebuy sent me a Plantronics M50 bluetooth headset but my order was processed for an M55. At least the product they sent actually works, or has for 1 day at least, but an M50 is one of those cheapie headsets which are useless so it's going in the desk drawer as a backup I'll probably never use again as soon as the M55 I just ordered arrives.
Jpav Thank you for your input. My friend's complaint has been resolved with a full refund. The complaint is still being investigated by law authorities and hopefully the business will be put out to pasture. Let it be known the business operates out of an apartment building in Brooklyn.
Super shady company. As other's have stated, they sell used equipment and then charge you for restocking if you attempt to return. Never order from this company.

I would advise you to check the hundreds of complaints on the internet concerning this company..
One complainant has a brother as a lawyer and hopes to shut this company down. The complaints on the internet tells the story. Need I say more.

I ordered from esurebuy.com 3 weeks ago, and my credit card was charged. One week later they contacted me wanting to clarify that I intended the shipping address to be different from the billing address. I told them that I defintely wanted it to be shipped to the address I specified. I also asked them to confirm it was shipping ASAP, as receiving this item was very important. I didn't receive a response, and I kept emailing requesting confirmation. Finally, when I threatened to rescind my payment unless I heard from them, they responded, telling me that the item was on its way, and would arrive within 3 days. I asked for shipping tracking info, and was told it would be automatically emailed to me. I repeated this request 3 times. Then, just yesterday they emailed to tell me the item was on backorder, but that they had the item in a different color for $10 more. Gee, how could it be on back order if it was shipped last week? I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and told esurebuy.com to cancel my order, refund my money. And shame on them for delays and lies.
