Next Day Deal Manager is always in a meeting

Id give them 0 stars if i could. Got a camera, and got gifted the same one within a week, so requested a return. Got a swift reply and said it would be sorted, no response for 3 weeks. Opened a case through PayPal and instantly got called saying if I close my case they will process the refund and found out apparently my initial request had been forgotten. Fair enough, emailed again and got told ' the returns team will get in touch ' every week, for ANOTHER month. Phoned up and apparently another ticket has been opened and the 'manager' will be in contact. Basically, there is no 'returns team' and you have to keep calling, keep emailing, only to be palmed off for a few more days. I opened my very first request on MAY the 9th. It's now September and I'm still waiting to return it. The camera has been untouched and sat in the box ready to be sent back but will probably have to go on eBay. There are no social media pages or anywhere else to reach out to them on apart from email and phone, and every time you do phone it's the same useless guy who told me 'the manager will be in touch' every time I tried to call them.

Recommendation: AVOID

Next Day Deal Do not buy! A one-man drop-shipper breaking consumer law

My experience mirrors exactly what other negative reviewers have encountered.

His modus operandi is baiting customers in with the guarantee of “next day delivery,” but he simply can’t fulfil that because he’s just sitting in his flat drop shipping.

He gets his excuses book out the second your order’s in, claiming a delay of a couple of days. Those couple of days turn into over a week of multiple false assurances and tracking numbers that reveal zero movement. He’ll do this under different, mostly female names to give the illusion he’s a bonafide company with a customer support department.

If you request to cancel your order in this time, he says he will, but days later he will pull out his go-to tactic and claim the courier “found” your package. This is a lie - he’s just dispatched it from his own house.

Please refuse your package if that’s the case. If you accept it, he will never provide you a return address and refuse returns. That is breaking consumer law, pure and simple.

He will make you jump through so many hoops until you just have to contact your financial institution to resolve.

Recommendation: Stay clear

12.42pm - Am alerted by security camera at delivery address - DHL courier putting a package in a bin as "a safe place".

12.50pm - Receive tracking number email from Next Day Deal. "Your item is on its way"

12.51pm - Receive "Your order has been delivered" email from Next Day Deal

I contact DHL. Very surprised that an item worth £3500+ would be left in a bin with no signature.

DHL confirms in writing declared value of item was £100.

DHL confirms they first received item on 14/08

DHL confirms sender took extra steps to allow item to not require signature on delivery & could be left.

The box (which contains who knows what) will be returned unopened.

Seller has since told Paypal item was delivered

Seller has told DHL they don't want item returned

Paypal are on the case.

Read the other negative reviews. Do a bit of Googling.

Recommendation: Stay clear if you care about delivery times or customer service....or your money

Next Day Deal Quick to reply to emails. SLOW to deliver. Unpleasant.


Ordered before 2pm on Monday. It's now Thursday. Item has not been delivered. Nor has tracking been provided.

They are quick to reply to emails. But the tone can turn unpleasant.

If you mention leaving honest reviews of your experience, they accuse customer of being malicious and claim such action goes against the T&Cs - and will invalidate warranty & prevent firmware updates.

Surely this is not legal?

Ordered a camera before 2pm Monday 7th Aug 2023.

On Monday night I receive a phone call querying delivery address. This is resolved & I'm told DHL will pick up camera on Tues and tracking will be provided.

Then receive an email "Delivery should be the next day however due to an influx of orders at this time, we would request for you to please allow an additional 2-4 working days for delivery in case of any unexpected delays."

Tuesday passes. No DHL collection.

Wednesday passes. No DHL collection.

Try contacting their "24/7" live chat. Stay online for some time. No response.

They email to say DHL may collect overnight.

Thursday morning. No news of DHL collection.

I email to say if its not collected Thursday & delivered Friday , I will leave honest reviews. They have known since Monday that I won't be available end-of-the-week to receive the camera at delivery address.

Am told "As per our FAQs, any action we deem malicious we would void your items warranty and blacklist the items serial number from future firmware updates.

If you no longer wish to keep the order, you may notify us once it’s delivered for return instructions.

We will not be accepting any ultimatums, you’ve shown no patience based on the amount of emails sent, today is the 2nd working day for delivery. You were told of delays on the phone call you had with our customer services team Monday afternoon."

They are quick to reply to emails, but not to deliver. OR to offer DHL tracking.

Do some Googling. Their many five star reviews may not reflect a number of less positive experiences where customers were intimidated.

The website This Is Money (I can't post link) is quite revealing.

Recommendation: Don't order if fast delivery is important

Next Day Deal Legit Site with Great Customer Service and Savings on Sony A6400 - My Experience

Let me tell you guys something. I was skeptical if this site was too good to be true, but I gotta say, it's legit. I saved a hefty amount of money on the Sony A6400 with the 18-135mm kit lens. Unfortunately it didn't rock up the next day like I'd hoped due to some muddled up collection depot issues, but hey, life happens. But get this, they more than compensated me for the super small delay. That's what I call customer service!

Their online live chat communication is top notch and Sarah in their customer support department is a true gem with lightning fast query response time. Not only that, but she's always polite and kind-hearted. I get it, it's scary to hand over your hard-earned moolah, especially to a website that's probably foreign to you, but trust me on this, you won't regret it. Give it a whirl. Cross my heart, it's worth it.

Next Day Deal Next Day Deal: The Best Place to Buy Your Camera and Lens Package

I ain't someone who usually writes a review about their online shopping hustle, but this time, I gotta put my experience out there. Ya see, on December 19th, I decided to order a Sony A7iii camera plus lens from Next Day Deal. And lemme tell ya, I got my confirmation almost right away, which made me feel like they got my back.

Later that day, I got another message from them saying that my order's been dispatched and that I should expect the goods to arrive on Friday. To top it all off, they used DHL Express, which is aight, if ya ask me. Now that's what I call good customer service.

So, when Friday finally came around, and I got my Sony A7iii, I knew I'd made the right choice. Plus, I saved about ?1154 compared to what I coulda paid at Wex Photo/video. You're probs thinking, "damn, that's a lotta money!" And, yeah, it is. But don't worry, I ain't gonna spend it all at once.

After dealing with these guys, I'm thinking about getting the Sony 70-200 f2.8 G master too, and why not?! They're offering me a ?774 discount, which is way more than what you'd get on Amazon Prime UK, or any other specialist photographic shops, I bet.

All in all, I'm happy I found Next Day Deal and had a good experience with them. So, if ya ask me, I'd say ya should give them a shot!

Next Day Deal Beware of Next Day Deal: Unreliable Service and Poor Customer Support

So, I was searching for a Sony camera and came across Next Day Deal's website. I was really excited to see that they promised next day delivery if the order was placed before 2PM. I ordered the Sony A74 on 20 January 2022 after reading on their website that they were operating normally.

I took the day off work on 21 January 2022, but unfortunately, the delivery never came. I was really disappointed as I had to waste a whole day waiting. They didn't even apologize for their mistake.

Afterwards, I received an email from Next Day Deal stating that the delivery would now be made on 1 February 2022. I was hopeful this time, and took another day off work to wait for the camera to arrive. However, it never happened AGAIN!

When I contacted them to inquire about the status of my order, they gave me a so-called tracking number. However, it didn't work and there was no information on the delivery date or time. I was really frustrated as I had now lost two days of work and was still camera-less.

When I asked the company to cancel my order and requested a refund for non-delivery, they refused. I was appalled at the lack of customer service and care. I am now going to have to contact my credit card company in order to attempt to recover my money.

I would definitely advise others to beware of this company. Their service is not reliable, and their customer support is very poor.

Next Day Deal Disappointing Experience with Next Day Deal: Lack of Communication and Poor Service

I recently placed an order with Next Day Deal, but I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with the service so far. Unfortunately, it's been over three weeks since I've placed my order and I still haven't received it. On top of that, I'm still waiting for them to process a return on another item. I understand that things can get a little crazy in the world of online shopping, but this is ridiculous. I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

To make matters worse, I received a response from their customer service team after leaving this review. Apparently, they are no longer willing to accept the return on my lens and won't be supporting my warranty in the future because of my negative feedback. However, they did promise to make sure that my A7S III camera is delivered as soon as possible. It's frustrating knowing that I won't be able to rely on their customer service in the future, especially considering that I've seen other reviews that suggest their "good will" gestures often don't materialize.

Overall, I would say that my experience with Next Day Deal has been pretty disappointing. I'm frustrated by the lack of communication and service, and I'm not sure I would recommend them to others. It's understandable that things can get a little hectic during these times, but I think companies should still make an effort to communicate with their customers and provide quality service.

Next Day Deal Terrible Service and Rude Behaviour - My Experience with Next Day Deal

So, I'm writing this review 'bout Next Day Deal's ( service and my experience with them. Last September, I purchased a nikon D750 Fx camera from them, but it turned out to be faulty. I contacted this company and they said they would help resolve this issue by sending it to the manufacturer, nikon. But, when I contacted nikon, they informed me that they couldn't repair it under the warranty.

I asked Next Day Deal for a refund or replacement, but they told me that they don't offer them. But, then I thought, if they can't offer a refund or replacement, HOW are they going to help me? They told me that I would have to pay for a service repair, but why should I pay for a new camera that I've just bought? Isn't this surplier supposed to pay for it instead?

I've been stuck with a faulty camera and this company or nikon won't fix it for me. And, if this wasn't enough, when I left a bad review on trustpilot, someone from Next Day Deal rang my landline and spoke rudely to my wife. Not just this, they kept ringing all afternoon and evening. When I finally picked up, they spoke to me quite abruptly as well.

I had to hang up twice because of their rude behavior and inappropriate attitude. I was even inclined to report them to the authorities. I mean, who behaves like that, right?

To sum it up, I would advise you to stay away from this company. Their service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers. I'm still stuck with my faulty camera and they won't do anything about it. Trust me, you don't want to get involved with such a company.

Next Day Deal Next Day Deal: Poor Service and Suspicious Behavior

I was keen to check out Next Day Deal and decided to order a couple of items from their website on a Friday. I was excited to see that they promised next day delivery as long as I placed the order before 2 pm. I waited patiently for the delivery on the next day, but to my disappointment, it did not arrive. It was strange because I received mails that they deliver and pick up from our commercial premises.

I decided to email them on Monday morning to inquire about my order status. I was shocked to receive a response telling me that Royal Mail doesn’t deliver to commercial premises on Saturdays. I had never heard of this before because we have always received and sent items on Saturdays from our office. I challenged them about this and received another message claiming that the items were shipped on Friday via RM 24 tracked. I asked them to provide me with a tracking number, but they couldn't.

This continued for some time, and I was getting worried. By the time I got a hold of them, one of the items had already arrived date stamped 8-7-19, posted on the Monday and not Friday. I was still waiting for the other item to arrive, but they could not give me any tracking information. Eventually, I managed to get a tracking number from them, and they promised to deliver the item on Thursday, which was six days after I placed the order. The camera eventually arrived, and I wasn't pleased with their service.

To my surprise, they tried to convince me to remove the negative review and cancel the PayPal dispute. I was shocked because I did not expect them to be dishonest after the past poor customer service they had given me. I do not trust this company, and I do not recommend them to anyone.

Furthermore, I noticed inconsistencies on their website. The address they provided as their commercial premises turned out to be a residential address, which is against online trading law. Additionally, I noticed that they use different names when responding to emails, which is suspicious behavior. Finally, I noticed that the return address on the parcel was different from the address provided on their website and PayPal. These inconsistencies further make me doubt the authenticity of Next Day Deal.

Next Day Deal Buyer Beware: My Frustrating Experience with Next Day Deal - False Promises and Terrible Customer Service

I wanted to get myself a camera and decided to give Next Day Deal a try. After seeing claims of next day delivery all over their site and on the order form, I was quite excited to receive my camera.

Unfortunately, the camera did not arrive after a couple of days, and I still hadn't received either a shipping notice or the camera. Feeling annoyed, I decided to send them an email to inquire about my order.

Their reply was that Royal Mail hadn't picked it up the day before and that it was definitely picked up that afternoon. I thought they would make the next day delivery, but the next day goes by, and still no camera or tracking. I sent another email, and this time, they assured me that it had been sent and would be with me soon.

The next morning, I received a notice saying that Royal Mail had registered the delivery, (the time of which was the previous afternoon, not a couple days before as they had promised), and the package hadn't yet been handed over to them. I was annoyed by this point as I wouldn't get the camera until after the weekend.

I then decided to send an email asking them to cancel my order. If they couldn't make next day delivery and lying about something as simple as delivery, then I didn't have much hope of getting support if the device arrived broken.

Their reply was that I should wait 24 hours and then they'd cancel the order and issue a refund. So, I waited 24 hours and still no camera, no change to the tracking status, and no refund. I decided to send another email, and this time, they assured me that they'd cancel the order and refund me, six days after ordering.

After almost three days, I still hadn't been refunded (nor had the tracking status changed), and I got an email from them asking for the cancellation of the refund, claiming that Royal Mail had 'found' the package. I thought, what a joke! In reality, they had just ignored me and gone ahead and still sent the parcel. The tracking number and the delivery label on the package itself both listed that they received the package 25 minutes before I was contacted telling me that they'd cancelled the refund.

I refused the delivery and still had to fight to claim the refund. Honestly, I'd never had such a bad experience with online shopping. This company seemed like a drop shipper who strung UK customers along for high-end orders to arrive from overseas before passing them on. Almost every email was signed off by a different person, but obviously written by the same person. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend anybody buy anything from them.

Overall, my experience with Next Day Deal was less than satisfactory. Consequently, it’s essential to read reviews priorly from several sources to avoid such inconvenience.

Next Day Deal Warning: Avoid using Next Day Deal - Unprofessional Conduct, Misleading Description, and Refusal to Refund

I recently bought an item from Next Day Deal and unfortunately, received a different product to what I had paid for. I got a response from them early on over the Christmas period, but I wasn't convinced considering what they said. It seemed like more than just an honest mistake given how the responses were worded. It's tough to imagine a business making such an error repeatedly, especially when it can prove to be quite costly. I do have a sneaking suspicion that they sent me a different item because they simply didn't have the one I paid for in stock. Maybe they thought I wouldn't notice or wouldn't bother contacting them.

I ended up rejecting their offer of a partial swap and requested a full refund along with them covering the costs of returning the product because it was their mistake. However, even though they agreed to my request, they demanded that I pay for the return postage upfront and they would refund it once they checked the serial numbers. I was very hesitant, but I decided to agree and paid £12.05 for next-day, insured shipping.

They received the returned product the next day, and to my surprise, I found that they hadn't described the product accurately on their website. As per their policy, if the goods don't match the description provided, they would cover the costs and organise the collection of the product. I don't understand why they would not tell me the truth. I was furious and demanded an immediate refund. They told me that their policy was for refunds to take 5-7 working days, which was not advertised anywhere that I could see, so I was skeptical. I urged them to refund me right away since it was their mistake, but they refused. I was about to give up.

I resorted to PayPal. They informed me that I wouldn't get my return postage refund because I had used PayPal's dispute process. It felt like they were intentionally withholding £579.99 and £12.05 from me for as long as possible. I felt that this whole experience was very suspicious.

I can't forget to mention the infamous phone call that I received from them. The person on the other end of the phone was immature, argumentative, and condescending. They talked over me, they just wouldn't stop. It felt like I was being berated constantly, and it was very frustrating. I had never experienced anything quite like it. I read other reviews after posting mine and discovered that they have a history of making such calls to buyers. It would be best to avoid Next Day Deal altogether.

I suggest anyone reads negative reviews on here because there's a good chance you'll find them as troubling as I did. It's best to ignore the five-star reviews on there since I doubt the authenticity of such glowing reviews. I urge you not to use this business. One way or another, you will experience the issues that I have mentioned. All those stories they have made up, like New Year's Eve being a bank holiday, have affected my experience. They are a tiny business, and it's clear more lies are coming from them. PayPal refunds are straightforward, quick, and easy. There are no excuses not to use PayPal.

Lastly, don't be fooled by their response. They will indeed spin a different version of events to try and come across as a friendly and professional business - which they are not. I guarantee it.


As expected, my negative review got their attention, and they emailed me trying to blackmail me into removing it. They would promptly refund me my money and include the postage as goodwill if I did so. It's unbelievable how audacious they can be! By day six of their supposed five-to-seven-day refund policy, they made a suggestion which I wholeheartedly rejected. It's even illegal, in my opinion. I eventually got a refund from PayPal, but they refused to refund my return postage unless I removed my negative reviews. However, I am adamant about not removing them, and this company's conduct constitutes theft.

Next Day Deal Buyer Beware: Next Day Deal - A Lawless Retailer with False Promises and Poor Customer Service

I recently purchased a camera from Next Day Deal during the Christmas holidays and unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disaster. Firstly, it took 7 days to arrive by Royal Mail instead of the promised DPD delivery. The camera came in a damaged box with no seal and had a sticky and dirty patch on the lid where a contents list sticker seemed to have been removed. There was also no CD-Rom software included, which I found very odd since every Canon product I had purchased from other retailers before came with the software.

When I tried to register the warranty with Canon, I was shocked to find out that the serial number was not recognized by them and it wasn't even EU compliant. This meant that the warranty would only be valid for 1 year instead of the promised 2 years on the seller's website. After that, I tried to return the camera but found out that the seller was not accepting any returns, despite his 'no quibble' 14-day return promise. This is against consumer rights law and should not be allowed.

Furthermore, I also found out that Next Day Deal was not even a currently trading company but only a dormant one, which raised a lot of questions and concerns about product aftercare and so on. When I contacted the seller about these issues, he simply shouted at me instead of listening to my concerns and offering me a solution. He refused to accept a return for all sorts of reasons and kept changing his reasoning each time I asked for a possible return.

First, he was obsessing about the number of shutter clicks on the camera, claiming that even one click will render the camera not new. Then, he accused me of buying the camera just to test it out, which I found ridiculous since no one spends ?450 just to test a product. Lastly, he claimed that I had changed my mind about the camera, which was not even true since I still wanted the camera model but just didn't want the one he sent me in a damaged box, without all the components and with a non-compliant serial number.

In conclusion, I would warn anyone thinking of buying from Next Day Deal to think twice as they are nothing but a lawless retailer who doesn't comply with their legal obligations and customer promises. They may seem polite at first, but once you've made a purchase, their true colors will show. Just save yourself the hassle and purchase from a more reputable retailer like John Lewis to avoid getting scammed.

Next Day Deal Buyer Beware: My Experience with Next Day Deal

This is a super long review about a website called Next Day Deal. I found this website when I was looking for a Nikon D5600. The site had a bundle that included the camera and a kit lens and an extra lens. When I asked the company if the price could be reduced or if I could pay through finance, they said no. That was okay with me, and I went ahead and made my purchase for ?679.99. The website said that if I ordered before 2PM, I would receive next day delivery. So, I was excited for my new camera and waited for it to arrive.

But then, I got an email saying that my order was on its way, and that it included everything in the bundle. However, I received another email later saying that the extra lens was coming from a different depot and would take longer to arrive. This was frustrating because I had assumed everything would come together. I asked why this wasn't explained earlier, but they said it was because of Covid-19. I understood that, but it would've been nice to know upfront.

I was finally told that the camera and kit lens would be delivered the next day. But when I checked the tracking, I saw that it wasn't updated. So, I emailed them to ask what was going on. Aaron, who seems to be the person running the business, responded and said that I had misunderstood and that the camera was out for delivery that day. But then, I got a call from an unknown number, and when I answered, it was Aaron. He spoke very aggressively to me, telling me that I needed to stop emailing them and just wait for the camera. This was really upsetting and made me very distressed.

Finally, the camera arrived, but the extra lens was still missing. When I asked for it to be delivered the next day, they said that Royal Mail had issues with the package and that I would have to wait until Monday. When the package arrived, it had a label for 48-hour service instead of next day, which was frustrating. When I asked Aaron about it, he said that they used next day delivery and didn't know what I was talking about. I declined their offer of a free SD card and told them I would be leaving a negative review of my experience, which made Aaron angry. He accused me of trying to extort him, which was really puzzling to me. I just wanted to leave an honest review so that other people would know what to expect.

After this, I had no further contact with Aaron, but I received three phone calls from unknown numbers which I found strange. Then, I received an email from Aaron accusing me of leaving fake reviews and threatening to react accordingly unless they were removed. This is the only review I've made, so I'm not sure what he's talking about. I just want people to know what I went through so they can make an informed decision. I think it's better to order from a more reputable website like Argos or John Lewis. I hope my experience with Next Day Deal will help others not to make the same mistake.

One thing that strikes me as strange is that Aaron seems to be running the business alone from home. When I requested to speak with another person from the company named Sarah, she sounded really young and hung up on me when I started asking questions. This doesn't inspire confidence in the legitimacy of the company.

Lastly, after posting this review, Aaron made an order under my name for a lens worth ?1,499.99. This is extremely concerning and I'm glad that I never gave them any personal information beyond my name and address. Please be careful if you decide to order from this website and stay away from this potential scammer.

Next Day Deal Disappointing Experience with Next Day Deal: Unreliable and Unresponsive Customer Service

cuz they're all just lies. Tried to contact customer service but no one answered the phone, left a message but never got a response back. Finally got an email saying the item was out of stock even though it was listed as available on their website. Had to cancel my order and now waiting for a refund. Will not be shopping here again and would not recommend anyone else does either.

If you're looking for a reliable online retailer, Next Day Deal is not the one for you. My experience with this company has been nothing short of disappointing. I placed an order for an item that was listed as in stock on their website and was promised that it would be shipped out the following day. Unfortunately, it's been four days and I'm still waiting for my item to be shipped.

To make matters worse, when I tried to contact their customer service department, no one answered the phone. I left a message, but never received a call back. After days of waiting, I finally received an email stating that the item I ordered was actually out of stock. I had to cancel my order and now I'm just waiting for a refund.

I was really looking forward to receiving my order from Next Day Deal, but it seems like this company doesn't care about their customers.
