Esso review: I am complaining about the agent in esso

I went today Wednesday October 30, at 16:27 to put gas in my car. When I went to pay, I gave him my Optimum card to have points. He asked me to put fir scan. I did not understand. He then was very rude and told me you don't folliw instructions. I told him you don't have to be rude with me. He then said "[censored] your self Hiw about that" . I was very surprised. I told him that I am going to complain. He then said that he does not like people like us. I tried to call my friend who was outside telling him i will bring a witness. He then said after a person(client) artived thst you are not libing without payin, like if I want to live without paying. I paid and went to my car to bring my phone to take the number from inside the store to call esdo managers to complain. He just bloqued the door. I still under shock.
