This company, Essential Wholesale & Labs, has really put a dent in my wallet. I put a lot of money into buying labels, bottles, and other supplies for my lotion business. However, I've noticed that the lotion I always order from them has changed. It's now runny and gooey, which is not good enough to give away to my customers. This has caused me a lot of frustration and disappointment. I now have to throw away all of my custom labels and start from scratch. It's a huge waste of money and time. I wish Essential Wholesale & Labs would have notified me of this change beforehand so I could have made adjustments to my business. Overall, I'm not satisfied with their service and will be looking for a new supplier.

I gotta say, I had a pretty big issue with Essential Wholesale & Labs. I ordered two cream bases from them and boy oh boy, the PH level was all kinds of messed up. I mean, I'm no scientist or anything, but even I could tell that something was off. So I reached out to them and talked to their quality control manager. And you know what they told me? They said that the acceptable range for PH levels was between 4.2 and 5.8. Like, what the heck? That basically means they don't give a hoot about what they're shipping out to their customers. And that's a pretty big problem if you ask me. I mean, who wants to use a product that might be all kinds of wonky? Not me, that's for sure. So yeah, I wouldn't recommend these guys if you're looking for quality skincare products.

I recently got my hands on some Sample bundle boxes from Essential Wholesale & Labs and I gotta say, I was impressed! The boxes arrived in good condition, with no broken items. I've been buying stuff from Essential Wholesale & Labs for about 4 years now, on and off. I gotta say, I'm not too happy with my latest purchase. I shelled out a lot of dough for this one product, and it started drying out pretty quick, even though I kept it sealed up tight. I use that ingredient in my own formula, so I ordered another bottle. But guess what? Same thing happened! I'm pretty sure it's from the same big batch, and now the product is totally useless. I reached out to the company and they asked for proof, so I sent them pics of both bottles and the dates I bought them. I asked them to replace the last bottle, which I barely used, and they haven't responded at all. I've tried contacting them two more times, and still nothing. It's really disappointing, you know? I mean, their customer service is just terrible. It's like they don't even want my business anymore. I'm thinking I might have to look elsewhere for my skincare needs.

So, I recently had an experience with Essential Wholesale & Labs and let me tell you, it was not a good one. First off, they charged me for UPS shipping when I placed my order, but then UPS charged me additional fees on top of that! To make matters worse, my package has been stuck in customs since January 4th.

After waiting for two weeks, I finally received a response from the manager. However, the message was not helpful at all. They basically told me that it was my responsibility to contact customs and pay the fees to have my order released. They even accused me of not responding to UPS, which I found to be completely untrue since I never received any communication from them.

As someone who works in customer service, I was beyond disgusted by their lack of empathy and unwillingness to help me. Needless to say, I will never be purchasing any natural skincare ingredients from them again.

Essential Wholesale & Labs is a company that you might want to think twice about doing business with. They don't seem to be very objective when it comes to dealing with other businesses. Instead, they let their personal biases and sentiments get in the way of their business relationships.

I have been doing business with them for four years, but they recently sent me a letter terminating our business relationship. They claimed that I had a "disrespectful attitude" in my communication with them over the years. I was really surprised that a company could behave in such an unprofessional manner. I had invested a lot of money in labels, advertisements, and more for my private label arrangement, but all of that was wasted because of the company's unprofessionalism.

My advice to anyone considering doing business with Essential Wholesale & Labs is to make sure that you are happy with everything they do. This includes manufacturing mistakes, refunds taking months, miscommunication, condescending account managers, delays in communication, and more. You better be happy and thankful for all of this because if you complain, they'll keep noting it down. And if they have to pay for any of their mistakes, you can kiss your investments goodbye because they are so vindictive. They don't accept the consequences of their mistakes in good faith. They will enact "business revenge" if there's anything like that. I have been in several business endeavors my entire life and I have never had these kinds of issues with any other company.

They sent me a termination letter, which makes me wonder what they send their employees. This was after they sent me unsealed products. After waiting several months for a private label order, they sent the goods in unsealed jars. We had shipped some not knowing. I kept trying to get in touch with them and was given the run around till the next day. It was really upsetting, but I thought the issue was resolved after they chose to refund me. They sent the letter when I was about to place a new order.

Once money comes out of their pocket, your disrespect will have gone too far. I suggest that you leave this company to their woeful management. Find a company run by objective and sensible people so that your business interests are well secured.

When I reached out to customer service to see if they could apply the coupon code retroactively, they told me that they couldn't because my order had already shipped. I was pretty disappointed because I felt like it was a small request and I had been a loyal customer for years.

To make matters worse, I also had a credit on my account that I wanted to use towards my order, but they wouldn't apply it either. I understand that there are policies in place, but it just felt like they weren't willing to work with me at all. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm not sure if I'll be ordering from them again in the future.
