So, I recently had an experience with Essential Wholesale & Labs that left me feeling pretty bummed out. I had placed an order and then found a coupon code that I wanted to use, but unfortunately, I had already placed my order less than 24 hours prior. When I reached out to customer service to see if they could apply the coupon code retroactively, they told me that they couldn't because my order had already shipped.
