Essential Wholesale & Labs

So, I recently had an experience with Essential Wholesale & Labs that left me feeling pretty bummed out. I had placed an order and then found a coupon code that I wanted to use, but unfortunately, I had already placed my order less than 24 hours prior. When I reached out to customer service to see if they could apply the coupon code retroactively, they told me that they couldn't because my order had already shipped. I was pretty disappointed because I felt like it was a small request and I had been a loyal customer for years.

To make matters worse, I also had a credit on my account that I wanted to use towards my order, but they wouldn't apply it either. I understand that there are policies in place, but it just felt like they weren't willing to work with me at all. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm not sure if I'll be ordering from them again in the future.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Essential Wholesale & Labs. It's a bummer when you feel like a company isn't willing to work with you, especially when you've been a loyal customer for years. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future and be more accommodating to their customers.
