I bought a ticket from LAX to Sacramento. I also bought trip insurance. The terms and conditions said the ticket could be canceled within 24 hours of booking. Immediately after booking I realized the ticket timing was in error so I needed to cancel the ticket and rebook. ESky's website provides no way to cancel a ticket and phone number to call. I found a phone number on a travel blog site. The representative refused to cancel the ticket citing that more than 24 hours had passed. I pointed out that it had only been 12 hours and he said it didn't matter because the ticket had been booked the previous day. I am filing a dispute through my credit card. SCAM

I encountered a significant issue with eSky, a travel company when I purchased a ticket in June. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my travel plans due to the unexpected passing of my father-in-law on the very day of my intended departure.

Subsequently, I initiated a refund request, which has proven to be an arduous process. The primary challenge arises from the absence of a live customer service representative, rendering all communication and requests dependent on online channels. Moreover, eSky requested documentation as proof of my relationship with my late father-in-law. The challenge was that the required documentation was located in the United States while I was in France at the time.

Despite these logistical hurdles, I diligently completed all necessary forms and attached the requisite written proofs. Regrettably, my efforts to obtain a resolution have been met with prolonged silence from eSky since July.

In light of these circumstances, I feel compelled to express my serious concerns regarding eSky's business practices. It is my hope that this communication serves as a cautionary message for others considering the utilization of eSky's services.

I recently used ESky to purchase four tickets from Wisconsin to Seattle. I was happy to see that they offered cancellation insurance in case our plans changed. Unfortunately, we did end up having to cancel our trip. However, when I reached out to ESky about a refund, I was disappointed to find out that they never processed it.

Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience using ESky. While the website was easy to navigate and the option for cancellation insurance was a nice touch, the lack of follow-through on their end was frustrating. I would caution others to be wary when using this service and to make sure to double-check any refund policies before making a purchase.

Yo, lemme tell you about ESky. They straight up scammin' people and ain't givin' no refunds. They got some rude customer service agent who don't care about nothin' and there ain't no management to be found. It's a hot mess, I'm tellin' ya. Don't even bother with 'em. I gotta tell ya, I had a real bad experience with eSky. Me and my partner, we was all set to fly from Brussels to Bangkok on December 13, 2020. We even got ourselves some insurance, just in case. But then, wouldn't ya know it, we had to cancel on account of some medical issues. We had all the right paperwork and everything, but eSky still won't give us our money back. It's been almost six months now, and they ain't done a darn thing about it.

Let me tell ya, this is a real scam. I ain't never seen customer service this bad in my life. I wouldn't recommend buying tickets from eSky to nobody. You'll just end up losing your hard-earned cash.

ESky (esky.com) is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. They are a true mask of scams. I had a terrible experience with them that left me feeling cheated and frustrated. I paid them 1005.41 USD for a service that they did not provide. I was supposed to go on a family trip, and I had ordered tickets with the order numbers PJLBALQ and P36MT47. I arrived at the airport on time, around 4AM, three hours earlier. I was with my mother at the counter, and she was registered, but I could not register because they couldn't find my name on the passenger boarding list. I spent hours there with no solution. I tried to reach them over the phone, but I couldn't get through. I also sent them emails, but they did not reply to me on that date of December 14th, 2019.

I was very disappointed and frustrated because I had planned this trip for a long time, and it was supposed to be a special family event. Being unable to reach out to them all day on 12/14/19, I had to book another ticket from OPODO to travel the next day to attend a family wedding. They responded to my email back only on the 12/16/19, which was too late for me.

After all, they lied to my bank that it was a "no show". I was very upset because the merchant charged me for a service they did not deliver. They must refund my money and apologize for all the inconveniences they have made me go through. I can't believe that a company like ESky (esky.com) would treat their customers in such a terrible way. I would not recommend them to anyone, and I hope that they will improve their customer service and refund my money as soon as possible.
