Etickets Deceptive Advertising and Business Practices

Please do not purchase concert or any kind of tickets from etickets.com. I purchased what I thought were $25.00 tickets for a local concert, but when charges hit my card, they charged $88.00 per ticket, $45.00 in service fees and $19.00 in delivery fees. No where during the advertising or buying process did they indicate they are a reseller marketplace, nor the actual price for the tickets. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM.

Etickets Never again!

There is something terribly wrong with their system and they need to do some research into what is wrong with it. I bought tickets through them and did not receive ANY emails from them until 20 hours later and TWO phone calls. Luckily I took a screenshot with my confirmation number or I would have nothing to work with.

They refused to make good on my financial loss from this transaction and I am extremally disappointed with how the manager treated me when I finally got ahold of her over three days later.

Recommendation: Don't risk it! Call the theater to get tickets directly.
