Please do not purchase concert or any kind of tickets from etickets.com. I purchased what I thought were $25.00 tickets for a local concert, but when charges hit my card, they charged $88.00 per ticket, $45.00 in service fees and $19.00 in delivery fees. No where during the advertising or buying process did they indicate they are a reseller marketplace, nor the actual price for the tickets. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM.

There is something terribly wrong with their system and they need to do some research into what is wrong with it. I bought tickets through them and did not receive ANY emails from them until 20 hours later and TWO phone calls. Luckily I took a screenshot with my confirmation number or I would have nothing to work with.

They refused to make good on my financial loss from this transaction and I am extremally disappointed with how the manager treated me when I finally got ahold of her over three days later.

This website, Etickets (etickets.com), ain't no good, I tell ya. They're out here tryin' to pull a fast one on ya. The prices they charge are sky-high, way more than what you'd find on other sites. And the worst part? Once you realize you've been scammed, there's no chance of gettin' a refund. It's a real bummer, folks.

Got tickets for Justin Bieber at Scotiabank from etickets.com. It was super easy to buy the tickets, and the prices were cheaper than other places. I even found a promo code that helped me stay within my budget. Overall, it was a good experience.

And get this, they don't even bother showing you where your seats will be! Nope, all you get is a vague idea of the section you'll be in. It's only after you fork over your hard-earned cash that they reveal the actual seats. And guess what? If you happen to buy a bunch of seats together, there's no guarantee they'll actually be next to each other. Can you believe that?

But wait, there's more! This site is designed to take advantage of unsuspecting folks like you and me. They bombard you with these "limited ticket" warnings, making you think there's a scarcity when there's actually plenty available. It's all a ploy to pressure you into making a hasty decision. Sneaky, right?

And here's the cherry on top: they have a strict no refund policy. So once you realize you've been duped, it's too late to get your money back. Talk about adding insult to injury!

Honestly, I wouldn't touch this website with a ten-foot pole. It's a complete rip-off, and they're just out to make a quick buck off of innocent people like us. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your ticket needs. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
