After realizing I had a problem with my pdf filter, I phoned the lady in the office up and got booked for the next day. They conducted an assessment and told me my car just needed a pdf sensor and a run on the motorway so it could do its great regent price, great service, and quick turnaround to get me back on the road again. Thank you to all the staff.

I've rented my own truck and hired people from Eship Corp company before. And, I looked around at a few different companies to compare them but there was no one like them. I just wanted this move to be easy and not a hassle. I know Eship Corp is more expensive than some other options but it is so worth it. They all were friendly people and no hassle. I recommended.

They need to use honest carriers/drivers that do not try to cover up damage during transport and lie about it later so the consumer is out of luck and paying to fix damages they made during transport out of their own pocket. Make sure you check the whole car at drop off before signing anything and if the carrier is blocking any side of the car move it so you can inspect all around.

Company promises services they can not provide! I was assured a timeframe of my vehicke transport . After I provided my payment an info.. silence! The dates passed and I recieved an email explaining they are still working on it... uh no thanks my time has run out , Im in a bind and flying out to work across the US withiout my car coming .. so now I get to rent a car for 13 weeks . ?

From the first phone call to the final meeting to get my truck, this company did what they said they would, when they said they would do it and were in constant contact with me the whole time. Truck delivered in the same condition it was when it was picked up. Price was competitive. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. Would highly recommend giving this company a call if you need a vehicle transported.

From the moment I picked up the phone and talked with *** in the office to when my son's truck was delivered to PA, my experience was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. It could not have gone any smoother. *** kept me apprised throughout the entire process, including where the vehicle was and its expected delivery date. Thank you! We will then, in the future, for all vehicle shipping needs.

I've used Eship Corp twice now in one year.Both times I dealt with Eship Corp's manager who is absolutely amazing. It can't be said enough just how much of a delight he is. He's honest, professional, and will truly make your experience seamless. He communicated with me every step of the way, was crystal clear about the process, and always available whenever I had questions. And he was FANTASTIC about finding a great price.

and Seals were very helpful. I went to buy a car with the *** Their cars are best priced because they are very good in after-car sales. They keep up their words and do even more they satisfy the customers. There was a misunderstanding; they helped me a lot initially and explained that I would rate them 100 percent. I recommend them to buy cars from them. I can't express how much satisfied I am with buying a car for them.

First time customer based on their rating and reviews. My basic complaint is that I was told they would cover any rental 3 days past their promised delivery date. There were mechanical problems with the first carrier. My car was delivered approximately a week late. EShip did not acknowledge ANY of several phone calls. I called and texted Michelle several times plus an employee who was located in Colorado by the name of Anna. Not a company I would EVER deal with again. Joannie

I contacted eship about moving my car. They were very quick with the quote, and it was very fair. I filled out the paperwork for order. After hearing nothing after five business days, I called and left a voicemail requesting a call about my order. I received a text message as a reply. After having to restate everything in a text, I was finally told that no transport had picked up my order yet. I explained that I really needed this done in the next few days, as I was heading for my car's destination. I was told a transport would be found in 24hrs. I waited and was never contacted. I sent a text, and then an email after waiting several hours. I received no reply. Not a hey sorry I tried or I need more time. Nothing, just left hanging. Pathetic way to run a business

Extremely disappointed in the service Would NOT recommend them.
1st person I spoke with stopped responding to my calls & txt messages. Eventually she did and then stopped again. I called main number and got a new person, she stopped responding to my calls & txt messages. Eventually she called me back.
I was told by 1st person "you can pack the car with stuff as long as the driver can see". The 2nd person said "you can only put stuff in rear passenger seat, weight restrictions, etc...)
I was quoted a price 2 months in advance, only to be told "we can't get a driver" and the price went up. They told me this the day "after" the expected pickup date.
I received a call "I am close by, but come quick because I am parked illegally". Well he sure was! The driver was parked in the left turning lane at the traffic light with my car unloaded! It was a 6 lane road. I did manage to get my vehicle and my rental back home safely.
I am very disappointed with this company & the service.

Would rate them zero stars if I could. The car was delivered at 11 pm at night on a bed with one other car. Apparently, the driver (from ROADWAY auto-delivery) pulled the car up over the winch since it was the first car loaded. When he tried to get the car off the bed he broke the splash guard on the vehicle. with his cell phone light and no tools, my husband had to get him the tools to try to take the splash guard off the car. He dropped numerous bolts that he never found using his cellphone light and after about an hour and a half finally got the car off the truck minus the splash guard. The company told us not to worry that they would fix it. Brought the car to my mechanic and the bill was $117 dollars. Sent the bill to eShip who told us they would forward it to the transporter. Transporter took another month to let me know they would send a money order, long story short never received it. When I tried to contact eShip they made a few attempts to collect the money from the transporter with no success. After that, they now won't answer my calls or emails. It's a shame that I even have to post this for $117 dollars. they say they have insurance but didn't want to go through insurance because their rates would increase. JUST RIDICULOUS! Do not use this company's terrible customer service! And if something happens to your car do not expect reimbursement.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. I received a written quote, specifically stating the cost of my trip would be $1,695.00. Nowhere does it state this is an estimate and prices will change. They wanted me to pay the driver $195.00 deposit and $1,850.00 upon delivery. That is NOT what we agreed to. A quote is a binding offer. Dear XXXX, Your e-quote number is # ...
