Hi I ordered a dress Order number - #2033334

Cost paid $145.80 US dollars
After 6 weeks I asked for my order and got no reply. I then asked for a refund again no answer. I send many emails and made many phone calls nothing no answers. I then reported to the Better Business Bureau they can't get a hold of the company even though it is still taking orders.
I have tried and tried to get my item or a refund and they just do not respond. I had been a long time good customer and never had this issue before. I just would be happy to get my order or a refund for the amount I paid to them.
Claimed loss: 145.80 US dollars I am in Canada

I can not understand why company https://www.eshakti.com/ is still online taking customers money when they have Not filled orders or refunds they owe !
