And when I finally do get a chance to speak to someone, they just tell me to leave a message and wait 24 hours for a call back. But of course, the call back never comes.
I'm starting to think that King is the only person who works there. It's a pity, because I really love the clothes they sell - but their customer service is such a headache that it's not worth the effort. They even sent me the wrong item, and I'm still waiting for them to correct the mistake.
All in all, I don't recommend Johnny Was at all. Their customer service is terrible and it's just not worth the headache.

This here is a review of the Johnny Was website. I gotta say, the clothes they got on there are downright beautiful! But, lemme tell ya, I got a bit of a problem. I done got me a damaged item.
