I have bought bras from the Hips & Curves section of City Chic a couple of times. The first time, most of the bras fit great and I'm still wearing them, but I needed some new bras. I'd lost a bunch of weight and needed a smaller size (but NOT smaller cup size). I bought the next size down and this time they were way too small - both around and cup size. So I ordered the same size I already was wearing - and these were also too small - both around and cup size. I spent $200 on bras that don't fit.

I love the bras, they are beautiful? and its hard to find sexy bras in large cup sizes? but they mostly don't fit. There is no consistency in the sizing. One D size cup fits, the other size D is way too small. A 38 might fit but the 40 is too small?

Due to being in a federal disaster zone, I missed the 30-day return time and couldn't send them back, so I'm out $200. They were better before they became City Chic.

Pleasant to deal with and very quick! The quality of the clothes is fantastic and were true to sizing! Will definitely use their service again!

I've never had any issues with this company, or the clothing I've purchased in the last 8 months. Everything I have bought has been online and their service has been an 11/10 - absolutely faultless. Deliveries from Aus to NZ have been within 14 working days, and the parcels arrive well packaged. I had a minor issue with one of the coats I purchased. The colour wasn't what I had hoped for so I contacted support and they quickly dealt with the matter. I was given a discount for my next order as I was a little disappointed with the colour. However, I was very pleased with the outcome. And I kept the gorgeous coat! City Chic dresses are classy and beautifully made. I've never had any issues with sizing/fitting with any of their items. I have an awkward curvy very pear-shaped body (14 top 22/24 bottom). City Chic is unbelievably cheap for the quality! There are not many plus size clothing outlets that can boast the variety City Chic have. I'm so glad I found them. My wardrobe looks divine!

I put in an order on June 14th 2021 for an upcoming trip. I was so excited to receive my items, so I paid for expedite shipping. However, on June 22, I got an Email that made me feel like I was hit by a truck. The Email stated that 5 out of 7 of my items were actually out of stock! I was so disappointed and frustrated. I had planned my trip around these items, and now I had to scramble to find replacements.

Finally, today, June 29, I received my 2 out of 7 items. I was so relieved to finally have something in my hands. However, my relief was short-lived. Both items were extremely wrinkled, and one of them reeks of what smells like vinegar. I was so angry and upset. I couldn't believe that this was happening to me. I had no time to return or go shopping again. This was beyond unacceptable.

I am writing this review because I am so upset. This is my first time writing a review, and I never thought I would have to write one like this. I am usually very easy to please, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that City Chic takes this review seriously and improves their service. I would hate for anyone else to go through what I went through.

So, I recently made an order on City Chic's website, but unfortunately, I realized that the order was incorrect. I tried to cancel the order, but they wouldn't let me do it even after a couple of hours of placing the order. They went ahead and sent the package, but it was rerouted back to them. However, even after that, I still didn't receive a refund.

I was really disappointed with their customer service, so I decided to file a complaint with my bank. My bank contacted them to refund my money, but even after two weeks, I still didn't receive a refund. I decided to call them to inquire about the refund, and they told me that if I didn't drop the dispute with the bank, it would affect my refund.

I was really frustrated because it was a $400 order, and they were doing everything not to refund my money. I'm not going to drop the dispute because they haven't refunded my money yet. I hope they can improve their customer service and be more responsive to their customers' needs.

I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with City Chic. I was a bit hesitant at first, but I decided to give it a shot and boy am I glad I did! I mean, I've read some reviews that weren't so great, but my experience was totally different.

First off, the shipping was super fast. I was expecting to wait a while, but my order arrived in no time. This company ain't good at all. I mean, seriously, they can't even ship to Canada on time. I ordered my stuff on March 4th and it was sent back to the shipper on March 11th. They told me they resent my order on March 17th but it didn't go out until March 21st. And guess what? It was returned to the shipper AGAIN. They said it would be delivered to me on March 25th but it was sent back to the shipper AGAIN. Can you believe it? I ordered outfits for my husband's funeral and now I don't have time to go look for another outfit. This company is a total letdown and I feel like they don't care about their customers at all. They've lied to me so many times since March 4th that I don't even know what to believe anymore.

I ain't gonna lie, this City Chic website ain't worth a dime. I was waiting for my order for a whole 25 days and they kept telling me it was on its way. But after a bunch of emails back and forth, they finally admitted they ain't gonna do nothing about it. Can you believe that? And then, when I finally let them have it in an email, they just offered me a measly $20 voucher for my next purchase. Like, seriously? That's their idea of customer service? Just give me a coupon and hope I come back for more disappointment? No thanks, I'm taking my business elsewhere from now on. This site is a total rip-off.

City Chic is a great place to shop for stylish clothing. I was so excited when I found them online. This is my second time ordering from them, and they messed up my order big time. They sent it to the wrong apartment number, and when I reached out to them about it, they just told me to talk to DHL. But DHL said they were only the transporters, not the ones responsible for delivering the package. So I went back to City Chic customer service, and they promised me they'd fix it. But it's been four days now, and I still haven't heard anything back from them. I even offered to buy the items again or have them sent to me again and pay for shipping, but they just kept telling me a "specialist" would contact me. Well, guess what? No one ever did. Yesterday, someone told me they'd escalated my issue to a manager, but I still haven't heard anything. This is ridiculous! I'm so mad, I'm thinking about reporting them to the BBB. They've totally ruined my graduation, and I have all the chat logs to prove it.

Just had my first order from City Chic and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed! The products are all super cute and it's so nice to finally find some lingerie that fits my bigger size. However, I did have a bit of an issue with two of the bras being too big. I mean, I know I'm not exactly a small gal, but these things were huge!

So, I decided to return them. But here's where things got a bit tricky. See, I live in the South Island of New Zealand and the nearest City Chic store is all the way up in Christchurch. That's a five hour drive, folks! And if I wanted to courier the bras back to Australia (where City Chic is based), it would cost me a whopping $65. Yikes!

Now, I know the bras were on special for $40 each, but it just didn't seem worth it to spend $65 to get a $15 refund. So, I reached out to City Chic to see if I could return the bras to their Auckland warehouse instead. Unfortunately, they don't have a warehouse in Auckland and I was told I'd have to make the trek up to Christchurch if I wanted to return them.

It's a real shame, because I really do love the lingerie from City Chic. But I don't think I'll be ordering from them again if I can't be sure I'll be able to return anything that doesn't fit. I mean, I order stuff online all the time and I've never had this kind of issue before. It's 2022, people! Time to get with the program and offer some better return options.

So, I was really excited to get my hands on the Harley jeans from City Chic. I ordered them in XS, but when they arrived, they were too big. I was really disappointed, but I figured it wouldn't be a big deal to exchange them for a smaller size.

That's when I ran into a problem. None of the stores near me carry XXS sizes, so I couldn't exchange them in person. I was pretty frustrated - why should I have to pay more just to get the right size? It seems like if City Chic is going to sell XXS sizes, they should make them available in stores or accept exchanges online.

In the end, I had to place another order for the XXS size, which cost me $89.99 - a difference of $28.075 from what I originally paid. That's a lot of money to pay just for a simple change in size. I wish City Chic had been more upfront about their exchange policy - if I had known that XXS sizes weren't available in stores, I would have ordered both sizes at the same time.

Overall, I'm still a fan of City Chic's clothing, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they'll consider making changes to their exchange policy in the future.

So, I was browsing City Chic's website and The Avenue, their other store, and I almost bought four dresses from them. But then I decided to check out some reviews from different sources online. Oh my gosh, this company has terrible reviews all over the net! It stopped me from completing my purchase. I quickly hit the back button and landed on Macy's website. I found one of City Chic's dresses there, and even though it was three times as expensive, it was more important to me to get my product in a timely fashion and without a bad odor (as some of the reviews indicated their items smelled).

It was very late at night when I made my purchase on Macy's website. While lying in bed, I wondered if Nordstrom had the same dresses. I got up and checked, and they did! And they were $30.00 cheaper! I couldn't resist and purchased one.

The next morning, I called Macy's to cancel my order. The customer service rep was very kind and said he would send a cancellation request to City Chic. But I had a feeling they wouldn't cancel it. I told the Macy's rep that City Chic was not a good company and that they only care about money, not the customer. The Macy's rep said to just return it and they would take care of it.

The following day, I received an email saying my order had shipped! What a scrubby company! I own a business and I would never do that to my customers. I want to keep them, not shoo them away for a measly $130.00! It's just so sad. City Chic hopes it will be a burden for me to return it, but little do they know, I ship products out every day, so it's not a big deal for me to ship out another item.

In my opinion, all the negative reviews are most likely honest. I tried to run from them when I initially read the reviews online, only to get sucked into their fail business practices in another arena. No more, never again. They are off my radar and they cannot redeem themselves under any circumstances. They made a decision to possibly lose a customer because money meant more to them, instead of trying to salvage one. And in the end, they lost. Have fun with that City Chic. I guess $130.00 bucks means more to you than being a good business and taking care of your customers.

I KNEW this was going to happen and yessiree, I was right!

I specifically asked if my order was still in the United States or if it had already crossed the border into Canada. The customer service representative assured me that my order was already in Canada and on its way to me. I even asked them to confirm that it was on the Canadian side and they said yes again.

However, I just received an update from DHL, the company they used for deliveries, that my order is still in Illinois today. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with City Chic. They lied to me and their customer service is not trustworthy. I would advise anyone to save their money and not purchase anything from this company. It is a complete scam and not worth the hassle.
