Please be advised that the entity using [protected] is an Internet Phishing Scam that does business in many forms and to family's experience of being defrauded by them as "eRenterPlan". They are a shell scam fictitious entity who largely seems to target the West Coast of the US especially California and Washington States. They attach themselves to large property management and/or property holding "trusts" that operate rental housing of apartment and home communities. A rental leasing agent not knowing anything about them automatically in our previous apartment development attached them and almost a blank check of averred costs of premium quarterly or yearly payments for "averred renters insurance", Be further advised that they have no legal presence in the State of California even though their bogus website lists them as a subsidiary of SAFECO and a LIBERTY MUTUAL CO. After speaking with those two entities, our family was told that neither SAFECO nor LIBERTY MUTUAL CO. has any legal affiliations with eRenterPlan. Do not give any personal information to any entity that even shows ads from this entity because they hacked into multiple bank accounts of our family and withdrew funds at will until law enforcement became involved. They are being investigated and about to be indicted in Hawaii and California for these scams. Be careful and avoid them.

Someone broke into my car on June 29th, 2017, because I have this erenters policy it is supposed to cover my apartment and car. I called this incident. She said the damage would have to be over $250.00 and someone would come out within 3 to 5 business days. They sent me a text! Never heard from them.

This is a real company and is not a scam. eRenterPlan® policies deliver broad renters insurance coverage options to protect against common and costly damages – including water, smoke, fire, explosion, as well as other losses such as pet damage and worldwide theft. In fact, an independent study concluded that a renters insurance program will save a community as much as $22 per unit per year. This can translate into a savings of thousands of dollars across a portfolio.

With this program, residents get the comprehensive coverage they need at incredibly affordable rates.

Policies can begin immediately, not the next business day for:
Liability coverage up to $100, 000
Optional contents coverage ranging from $10, 000 to $50, 000
Coverage for damage to personal property caused by roof leaks
Liability coverage for damage caused by water (overflowed bathtubs/toilets, etc.)
Property damage coverage for up to 5 lessees
World-wide protection that covers property loss and liability in apartment, garage, car, or around the world

I used this insurance for almost a year. My insurance provides insurance against theft. I was robbed, I applied to this company, but in any of my posts the company responds: "YOUR RENTERS INSURANCE POLICY WILL BE CANCELLED IN ? days ... Click Here to Pay Now.". This is the INSURANCE company that DOESNT INSURE.
