I ordered a transmission from them on the 11th and I still have not recieved the part yet they sent me an email on the 16th of april 2025 that my order is being processed I had spoke with the manager on april 21st she said I will recieve it no later than friday april 25th and on the 22nd I spoke with shipping they said they were getting to ship on the 23rd of april I called and left message with lisa and no return call I recieved another email on april 23rd I recieved an email saying it was shipped and the carrier said they have not recieved any thing on the shippng

Do not ever order from engine and transmission world all they do is screw people it's been a month and I still have not got my part they keep telling me that is was picked up it'll be delivered 3 days ago still not here my blood is starting to boil and I can be a real B when I've already paid for what I ordered and still not here you don't screw people and they are so good at it engine and transmission world is one of the worst places in the world to do any kind of business with if you do beware because you will get screwed
It's pretty bad when engine and transmission world takes your money from you and you live on social security I had to save and save to be able to get this part and I have nothing
