I ordered a transmission from them on the 11th and I still have not recieved the part yet they sent me an email on the 16th of april 2025 that my order is being processed I had spoke with the manager on april 21st she said I will recieve it no later than friday april 25th and on the 22nd I spoke with shipping they said they were getting to ship on the 23rd of april I called and left message with lisa and no return call I recieved another email on april 23rd I recieved an email saying it was shipped and the carrier said they have not recieved any thing on the shippng

Desired outcome: i want my money back and now i have no ride and they need to be honest

Thank you they gave me another routing number for a different company and I'm in the process of checking it now
