I bought a turbo for my truck from SSDiesel Supply LLC on October 18, 2022. The order number is 73976 and it cost me $1093.06. However, I haven't received the item yet and nobody has gotten back to me. I've tried calling and emailing them several times, but their phones have been inactive for months and they haven't responded to my emails. I've been a customer of theirs before and they've always been great, so this is really disappointing. I just want either my part or my money back!

According to the company's website, orders can be cancelled until the time of shipping. On May 5th, I cancelled the order and received confirmation via email from SS Diesel LLC. Their order cancellation policy states that approved cancelled orders will be refunded by Company Check within 30 days. Walt, the company manager, confirmed via email that the funds would be sent on June 7th. Even though the funds should have been sent before the 30-day mark, I agreed to wait for them to be sent the following week. Both Walt and Liz from customer service confirmed the approval of the refund, mentioned that a check had been issued, and assured me it would be sent. However, it has now been 359 days past the 30-day refund period, and I still haven't received the refund. I have multiple emails documenting the confirmation of the refund and acknowledgements of the funds being mailed. Every month, I have tried reaching out through phone calls and emails, but I haven't received any response or answer. My phone calls go to voicemail, and my voicemails are not returned. Additionally, none of my emails receive a response. On March 23rd 2022, I had an attorney send a Demand Letter, but it was also ignored. As I live in North Carolina, I'm unsure of what else I can do to get the money owed to me returned.
