This company is the best in the country! I’ve bought 5 policies for ultra high end cars and I’ve never been disappointed. Prices are great and the customer service is beyond excellent!

I was extremely impressed with the customer service provided by Edward B, Jr. during the initial signup telephone call. If future interactions with Autopom are as good, I have no doubt that this is, indeed, an A+ organization.

I was very happy and impressed with the information I received, the manner in which I received it, they were very accommodating. I'm just starting this program but will maintain a review as time goes by and when I have the occasion to use this service.

Finally, a company that actually has online information for CA residents. My sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered every question professionally. No pressure to buy or up sells. Just the coverage facts and available plans. Very pleased with Dacey*s customer service.

I was inquiring about an extended warranty on my *** and autopom was the bomb! They told me to wait until my 5 year bumper to bumper warranty was up to look into one. It is very rare to have honest sales people any more. They earned my future business! I will spread the word!

Very informative website! They are a California Broker so when they couldn't cover our vehicle with their own plan they recommended another company for our Mercedes, and to call dealerships for coverage on our Range Rover - she's a beauty, but they are EXPENSIVE to keep running after dealer warranty - our beauty is 15 years old! Great communication and the customer service experience you will receive is beyond expectations. I would recommend Autopom to anyone needing an extended warranty for peace of mind, I purchased the platinum policy for my daughters car which has a lot of miles and it has been well worth the money spent, the first repair on her Mini Cooper would have cost me out of pocket about what I paid for this warranty.

was extremely helpful in making this a very easy process. I really love that they do all customer service in-house and not having to deal with a call center. I also think it's great that they have an app where you can look for accredited repair shops and wave the service fee each time. $150 for every referral up to 4 a year,, awesome to have this available to customers. *** diligently went over all the details of the warranty as well as emailed it to us so we could look it over. I couldn't be happier with our purchase!

Dacey, Sr. Coverage Consultant, provided excellent customer service from my initial phone conversation about their company and extended warranty plan. She also followed up a few times with an e-mail to me checking in to see if I had made a decision and to remind me of how long my quote was for. Autopom had good rates compared to the other 4 companies I contacted for info on warranty service. I sent her a list of questions/concerns and she completely answered each of them in order to help me make an informed decision. Great job Dacey!

Spoke with a rep today who was totally full of himself and proceeded to quote me outlandish prices for a 5yr 48000 mile policy... He quoted me over $10,000! He first tried to buffer the sticker shock by quoting me a monthly payment and I said I want to know the total cost, so instead he quoted it as an annual payment of $$2,014. Edward B Jr. is quite the joker. Not at all what I expected after reading all of Autopom's fine reviews. To top it all off, he tried to justify this ridiculous quote by saying, well you know , you have a very expensive car and it's going to cost you thousands ... Pushy & an insult to my intelligence. I own a 2013 Mercedes E350 Convertible... Far from the top of the line luxury vehicles.

Autopom customer service is. The whole team is friendly and professional. Alexis was very helpful throughout the whole buying process of my policy. I decided to purchase the Elite plan, the most comprehensive plan for my Audi A6. I recently had a claim to replace a defective fuel pump. Colgan from Autopom assisted me with all my part, labor and repair shop questions.. I have to say that there were several issues with my claim as far as parts and repair costs to be covered and paid by the administrator. Very frustrating, but Mike the owner of Autopom stepped in and resolved the issues associated with my claim. He was understanding and determined to make things right . He promised me to get my car ‘back on the road” My car is fixed and running great again, thank you Mike!

I am a new customer and so far pleased with *** They have been straightforward, not full of bull as some are. I realize, as you should, they are an agency and not the actual insurer, but I dont think they would represent a company that didnt stand behind their policies. For most people and most cars, an extended warranty *** not be the best economic choice. But if like myself that wanted a used *** that though not a bad car, can have a much higher than average cost of a repair, and not able to afford an unexpected repair *** that could be several thousand dollars, then a policy with a reputable company can make sense. I know that I am already sleeping better with not having that to worry about. After doing much research I feel this company is more honest than many others out there. I also learned and will advise that regardless of the company, keep the recommended maintenance up on your vehicle so not a reason to deny your claim, and to also get your repair pre-approved to protect the company and thus their customers from any shops that *** be dishonest by inflated repair costs or saying need items repaired or replaced that you dont. Its a shame that is how it is, but a fact of life that not everyone will do right by you. I feel at this point autopom! Is one of the good guys, not to exclude their women, and would and will amend this review if found otherwise. As of now, Im confident me and my used *** are in good hands.
