Empire Credit and Collection, and their representative, Melissa L, are the BEST! I spent 7 months of my valuable time tryin to get in touch with a client for a payment they owed, but they never responded to my calls or emails. But then Empire came in and collected our company's money in just 2 months. Empire Collections was super helpful throughout the whole thing. I really recommend them!

The company keeps calling and harassing me, making threats
The company keeps calling and harassing me, making threats. I told them that I don't recognize the account and that I don't owe them any money. Mr. Eddie T has threatened me and used strong profanity words. He threatened to take me to court and keeps emailing and calling even after I asked them not to contact me anymore. I have at least 5 emails and voicemails saved with Mr. T's threats and false accusations.

We got some real annoying phone calls from this dude named Mr. Bill O from Empire Collection Agency. He was straight up yelling at my wife and saying some sexist and antisemitic stuff. Like, seriously? Who does that? And it didn't stop there, this guy kept calling our house like crazy, even before 7:00 in the morning. Talk about rude! On top of all that, they're trying to collect a debt that we don't even owe. It's all because of this shady contractor who lied and cheated us. But guess what? Empire Collection Agency didn't even bother to check if the claim was legit. Can you believe it?
