my name is Victor Crawford and I recently started banking with you all and I had my 2022 tax return deposited into my account on December 26, 2023. And on today 12/28/23 I made my transaction (at Walmart) which was declined. I called the customer service to get the situation resolved and I was told that the account was locked for good. I would like to talk to someone that can help me. I've already contacted my sender and I was told that the money was already deposited into my account and it's really nothing they can do. please help! this not far to just confiscate someone's funds because they man one single transaction.

I am not liable for this debt, I do not have a contract with Collection Agency plus they did not provide me with the original application like I ask.

I paid off a medical expense back in March and they said it would be removed from my credit in 90 days. We are well past that and its still there. I want it removed.

I am not liable for this debt with Johnson County waste water and I do not have a contract with Account Resolution Corp. Account resolution Corp did not provide me with and original application as rquested.

I had surgery with ***. They referred my account to this collection agency. *** has been paid in full. However, this collection company is falsely reporting a balance still due to them (the collection agency) on my *** and *** credit reports for $165.

this company is trying to collect on a debt that is being paid through another collection company and they have been told this many times and now they have reported it on my credit report that has drop my credit extremely. this company will not work with people when it comes to setting up payment arrangements that meet the persons income.

I have a collections from this company on my credit reports as derogatory. It says it is in connection with ***. I have never heard from ARC, I have never received any correspondence in the mail concerning this account by ARC. I have contacted all 3 major credit reporting agencies and have submitted disputes to the validity of this on my credit reports.

I collection of $104 from this company was reported on my credit report. I have no knowledge of any collections from this company, or any collections in my name whatsoever. I have checked all of my account and all have been paid off or are in good standing. I disputed this on my credit report and am waiting to see if it is removed. I need information about why this was placed, as I do not owe money.

I have requested for validation that is competent evidence bearing my signature, showing that I have (or ever had) some contractual agreement stating that I was obligation to pay you. In addition, As stated in the HIPAA law section 1681b(g)(4) you are not allowed to disclose any of my medical information this is clearly a violation to my privacy. I would like this be taken out of my credit report immediately.

ACCOUNT RESOLUTION CORP failed to validate the debts at my request, which is a FDCPA violation and continued to report disputed debts to the Credit Bureaus: another FCRA violation! Not only have they ignored my prior requests for validation of these debts but they continue to report these debts to the credit bureaus causing damage to my character. This complaint will again request that they follow the FDCPA and remove these inaccurate, unverified, accounts from my credit immediately!

Account Resolution Inc. is reporting a collection on my credit that is from *** and have been asked to remove it because they no longer are trying to collect it. *** has hired a Law Firm and it has been placed into the court system to be litigated. ***, Mo Bar #*** This is the firm hired by *** to litigate this dispute in the Circuit Court of St.Charles County Mo. Account Resolution Corp. no longer has rights to this it has been transferred to ***.

I have 4 collections account on my credit report from this company. I have contacted them 5 times and requested validation of the accounts being reported as I do no recall owing any money to anyone. I initially contacted them on July , October , January , March , and April . I have emailed them as well as sent letters. I have not heard from anyone in regards to this. I do not recall ever receiving a bill I have even sent emails to [protected]@arc1.biz with no response. I would like these accounts removed from my credit report as I do not believe that they belong to me and they have failed to provide any validation as requested as per the FCRA.

To start off this matter was taken care of on 3/20 by my insurance company which was home state health insurance for the amount of $213.00 and I was told that if I get any more bills or some one calls me tell them to disregard the bill well today 7/13 I got a phone call and I told the representative that the bill was taken care of last year and she said well it's going to be on your credit as you owe this money to us I just hung up the phone I just found out last week that now my new insurance doesn't cover this doctor any more they didn't even call me or send me any information in the mail but they want to mess up my credit I don't have any money and I don't work.

On 07/09 and 07/18, Account Resolution Corp filed two false reports about my medical bill on two credit report agency. In June , I had phone call with the hospital's billing department about my medical bill ($148) and I will pay my $148 bill monthly. This Account Resolution Corp filed false reports and negatively affected my credit score and credit history. I googled this company and found many customers' complaint about it. The customer review rating on ComplaintsBoard.com is also extremely low, 1/5. I am completely appalled how this company is still in business? I demand this company to cancel/delete its false reports about me and reverse the negative impact on my credit score/history.

I am not liable for this debt with *** and I do not have a contract or recall with ACCOUNT RESOLUTION CORPO *** did NOT provide me with a HIPPA release that releases my medical information to ACCOUNT RESOLUTION CORPO. Therefore, by them providing medical information to your bureau of medical services that were allegedly provided to me, they are in direct VIOLATION of my HIPPA rights. I am proceeding with legal actions as prescribed by law against them. Should this item not be deleted within the required time allowed by the FCRA, I will seek every legal remedy available to me and file suit against the credit bureau responsible for reporting this violation. I had a medical bill from 9 years ago to show up on my Equifax Credit Report That was covered a 100% through my medical insurance at the time service was rendered. I have disputed this through the credit bureau company and have contacted account resolution corporation several times to have this removed from my credit report. they agreed it was placed an error and its still on my credit report I have emailed called and sent certified letters of notification of this problem yet I have I have to resolve on this matter. They have destroyed my credit by placing a false debt on my report In a attempt to get me to blindly pay something that I do not owe, This is illegal because they won't communicate with you about the matter they only want the money I want this removed from my credit report immediately I have been trying for 6 months and they are refusing to respond. Remove this false account from my credit report. The radiology doctor was paid directly from my insurance company.

I have 4 accounts list by this company on my credit report under the last name of Gaines. The accounts that are in question were due to a domestic violence that i went to the hospital for on On August 14th, that resulted in ex-husbands incarceration. The hospital mis-coded the visit (which is covered by the state of Missouri, as long as prosecution takes place). The hospital and all other charges have been dismissed, but because the radiology was charged on subsequent day they refuse. I have sent multiple communications, with no return, to inform and have spoken to radiology about this also. It is clearly all from the one and only visit I ever had to LRH. This was an event that was not only life threatening but life altering. I have been dealing with the effects of not only the DV but the devastating effects of this company that refuses to even listen to CADV group who has also contacted them. I was in the hospital admitted on 8/14, but it was during the night. The radiology charges happened after midnight causing them to be charged on different day. You could have easily found all of the information by contacting the hospital for clarification, but they have refused all request to do so. This is unfair and unethical practice and is in violation of Missouri law for protection of victims of domestic violence.
