Vital Recovery has been calling me for over 2 weeks
Vital Recovery has been calling me for over 2 weeks. I have told them over and over and over that I am not the person they are asking about. Vital Recovery has called me over 20 times in the last few weeks. I have actually talked to their representative on at least 5 occasions. I am not the person they are asking about that my phone number apparently is listed as. I have informed them of this over and over and over. I have had my number for 15 years. I have asked them to remove them from their call list and they tell me they will and it may take 48 hours. It has been way over 48 hours.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I've been receiving calls from this company for several weeks claiming my wife owes money to Nissan
I've been receiving calls from this company for several weeks claiming my wife owes money to Nissan. Spoke to Nissan - account has never owed money I started receiving calls on my cell phone (looking for my wife) claiming she owed money to Nissan Motor Company. I called Nissan myself to see what the problem was and I was told that the account is clean and there's no money owed, nor has there ever been. I was also told that Nissan collects their own debts. They have no idea why Vital Recovery Services would be calling me to collect on a debt owed to Nissan. When I called Vital Recovery back to find out what is going on, they want me to verify all sorts of private information (address, SS# etc) without telling me what the debt is about.

This company keeps harassing & calling me in the midst of a pandemic after I already agreed to pay
This company keeps harassing & calling me in the midst of a pandemic after I already agreed to pay. Then they charge a crazy fee to pay online. I keep getting phone calls from this company after I already spoke with a representative to make a payment arrangement. The representative assured me the calls would stop since we agreed on a payment. I then spoke to someone else to question why I'm still receiving a million phone calls & she says the calls won't stop until the full payment is received. I'm not a baby & I don't need a babysitter if I agreed to pay & you have audio to prove that. People are dying in this pandemic and my phone is being blown up constantly. This is inappropriate. Also they are charging $10 & $14 to make online payments via card or E-check. You would think they would try to minimize contact with easier payment options. Apparently the only free option is mailing in payments which puts us all at risk. This is stupid.
