I bought dji drone fly combo then the staff try to convince me to take ewad/ emax care just for safety since it is a drone, so i purchased the said items together with the insurance. But something bad happend to my drone like mechanical error which leads to crash. Then i reach to the customer service then they instruct me to report my case to ewad. But after i apply they rejected my case, then i call thier attention to help me facilitate my case to ewad. But after that, all they tried to do is just keep me waiting. I tried to follow up them from time to time even i visit thier branch to talk to the branch manager but same thing they will answer all over and over again just wait they dont know when they will approve my complain. Its been 3mos already. Until now i dont have updates with them anymore
