EmailFlights emailflights.com

In March 2017 I used your search engine to find return flights to Bali, the journey was planned for November 2017. I booked through your link to emailflights.com and bought the ATOL certification. my 875 GBP was taken immediately.
A week before departure we were warned that the flights might be cancelled due to the Volcano in Bali. I contacted emailflights immediately to discuss possible alternatives. I was told to wait until the airline issued an official cancelation of service and was told that I would receive a full refund although any associated losses would not be covered. I contacted emailflights.com by telephone and email numerous times to chase the return of my money, to date they have not returned my money and it is now 9 weeks since the flights were officially cancelled. the company has stopped responding to my contacts and they have not confirmed if they have ceased trading or not, so that I can take legal action to recover my money through the ATOL certificate
Email Flights. ATOL Number 9364 (VCB5D201) certificate in my possession.

As you were the site that linked me to this company and I assume you still link to this company despite their growing negative feedback, it would probably help enormously to have you support my perfectly reasonable claim to have my money back immediately

EmailFlights Travel booking - flight refund

Warning: do not use email flights.com
This is a very dodgy company (Company number [protected]), as their paper trail (Or lack thereof) shows.
They are probably in financial trouble and you will loose money.
I booked an air canada flight with them in june. Cancelled in september with air canada. Air canada refunded my money to them - as they were the third party agent - and since then every week they say it will be in my account in three days. Ha! Nothing but air will be in my account in three days.
The refuse to communicate in writing.

EmailFlights Cancelled booking

Emailflights.com did not send me a flight confirmation, so after waiting a few days I called to check what was taking so long. I was told that my card was declined and my tickets had been cancelled. Upon asking why i had not been contacted to use a different card to pay with I was told that "We can't call everybody about every little thing." Checking with my bank I was told that everything was fine with my card, the payment had been approved, and that Emailflights.com had simply not taken the money from my account! They refused to accept any responsibility and instead blamed me and my bank (Barclays), also did not even offer with booking a new flight at the previous price. I am now out of pocket by £100 for their utter incompetence. I have yet to receive an apology. How you can run a business like this is beyond me!

I bought my airline ticket in September 2010. My flight was cancelled by the Airline the day before departure, 4th December 10. I finally received my refund from emailflights.com on 28th March 2011, sixteen weeks later! this was after many phone calls, emails and a final letter supported by trading standards.

EmailFlights Incorrect booking, late refund

We had an exceptionally poor experience with emailflights.com, and I would strongly discourage anyone from using their services. After we booked online through their website, we received an email confirmation for a different flight than the one we'd booked. When we contacted emailflights.com, they told us that our flight hadn't been officially booked yet, so they would cancel it in their system and we would receive a refund. They did not give us a refund immediately, but eventually promised to do so by a certain date. We did not receive a refund on the promised date. After calling and emailing for many days after the refund, we eventually had to hire a lawyer to send email flights a letter warning them of our planned litigation. Only after they received the letter from our lawyer did we receive our refund.

We had a terrible experience ourselves. They didn't process the order to ticket issuance leaving us stranded at LAX airport with no flights, and considerable additional cost. Extra hotel, extra taxis, and really unhappy family back home. They of course blame us. We haven't heard anything still and worry we may not be able to get home for Christmas.

Never will I ever use them again and will discourage anyone from using them.

I had a very bad experience with them, they took my money straight away when I booked in June 2016 for a flight in January 2017, but by December I still had not even had a confirmation from them, and no e-tickets with just a couple of weeks to go. They totally ignored 2 emails to their customer services, but I finally got the e-tickets with a brief 'have a nice flight'. Very unprofessional, I would never use them again.

They are lousy! Avoid! They forgot to send me an eticket / booking reference. I had to call them as I couldn't check in online without any info and guess what? They misspelled my name AND last name on the ticket. Argh!

Book with Email flights first time for 2 return tickets to Australia. Had a great experience. Got my tickets and invoice within matter of minutes. I have logged on to the airline website and can manage my booking. Will look to do business again with EF

I am very happy with the services provided by Emailflights.com, I have been using them for years and have never been disappointed. The staff is so friendly and ready to help anytime you need.

I booked 2 tickets from London Heathrow to Los Angeles in November for me and my brother. I have experienced as usual a great services from emailflights.com
I would highly recommend this travel agent for their best prices and customer service. I have been using them and my family for years and will continue to use them in the future.
