I bought 9 tests from Ellume, and I got proof of purchase which I sent in. I also got a case number (***) but when I called them, they just gave me the runaround. I asked to speak to a manager, but no one called me back. It's been 2 weeks now, and nothing has happened. CVS won't give me my money back, and Ellume acts like they're trying to help, but they're not doing anything. They give you a case number, and then they forget about you. Three of the tests I bought showed a false positive, so we went to a clinic and paid for a test, and it was negative. I don't trust these tests, and I've done everything they asked me to do for a refund, but no one is doing anything. I spent $386, and I want my money back.
