I got my chair from Handicare Patient Handling, Inc
I got my chair from Handicare Patient Handling, Inc. (#***), and it's been a few years now. The motor and gear box are still under warranty, but the motor stopped working about 5 months ago. Ramp Now installed the chair, but they told me to contact Handicare. I've tried to get in touch with them many times, but they keep saying they'll call me back or that the motor is on backorder. It's been 5 months now, and I really need my chair fixed.
