Elite Floors

Elite Floors Ltd. installed this thing called "Stone Trends" which they said is fancy vinyl tile that you can put grout on. They did it on January 21. We've been dealing with some problems for a while now: 1. About a quarter of the tiles have a defect. 2. The grout messed up the tile's color and now it looks all brown and dirty instead of gray. 3. The person who installed it broke all of our wood transitions. They fixed only one of them. So, about the first problem, the supplier's representative came to our house and admitted that the tiles were messed up. They suggested replacing only those tiles, but that's not good enough for us considering the second problem. As for the second problem, the finish on the tiles changed a lot after they were grouted. Before grouting, they looked different. *** We only cleaned the tiles with the cleaner they told us to use. Either this product isn't meant to be grouted, or they did a terrible job grouting it and ruined the finish.
