about the situation. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Elite Auto Parts. The product I received was not what I ordered and was clearly used. As a seasoned mechanic, I know what a brand new remanufactured block should look like and this was not it. I have tried to contact the company multiple times to resolve the issue, but have not received any response. I paid a lot of money for this product and I expect to receive what I paid for. I would not recommend Elite Auto Parts to anyone and I will be seeking a refund through legal channels if necessary.

I bought something from Elite Auto Parts on September 12th, 2022. It cost me ***. The owner gave me a discount if I paid him directly, so I did. But my bank wouldn't let me send all the money at once, so I had to split it into two payments. The first one was *** and the second was ***. After I paid, I asked the owner for a tracking number, and he said I would get one. But it's been 2-3 weeks, and I still haven't received it. I've tried calling and texting him, but he hasn't responded. I even called his company, and someone answered, but they just said they would "check" for me. I don't want them to check, I just want a tracking number. I'm buying a *** engine for a *** price, so I really need to know when it's going to be delivered. It's now October 7th, 2022, and I still haven't heard anything. Elite Auto Parts hasn't tried to fix the problem either.

We bought 2 remanufactured engines from Elite in the last 6 months. Both engines had mechanical failures. One was failed right out of the box and we couldn't return it. The other failed after *** miles. We installed both engines by a Land *** approved service facility and installed per Land Rover specifications. The engines were sold with a parts warranty and we filed a claim with the company for both engines in accordance with their policies on ***. They required a partial teardown of the engines (supercharger removal), which we did. Then they sent a third party inspector to inspect both engines. Both engines passed *** that they had not been overheated. *** approved replacement parts on *** but we still haven't received a shipment notification or list of parts to be sent despite multiple emails. We've had the customers in rental vehicles for over 2 months for the failures at *** and need to seek some resolution with the parts warranty that was promised with purchase of the engines. Purchase date on one engine is *** # ***) and the other is *** # ***). At this point, we want the parts required to be shipped out with a tracking number and expedited shipping so we can resolve this issue. If this is not possible, we seek a refund for breach of contract due to the company not being able to honor the warranty so we can purchase replacement engines elsewhere.
