I called electrolux customer service for an issue with my washer, I have a 3 year warranty with Electrolux. they gave me A&D Appliance to do the service. well I never got a confirmation with a time period for the appointment , so I called them the guy that answered the phone said, I tried to email you but it got sent back so I said why dint you call me? ha said we texted you and then I said yes, but there's no estimated time on it ,it only says the date you'll be here. he then started yelling at me that I had an attitude and told me it wasn't his problem so I yelled back what time are you coming ?, he then said and I quote " fu*k you " and hung up ! so I called back to your customer care and told them if they don't have any other servicemen then cancel my warranty and ill never buy another Electrolux appliance again. I want this company off your approved service list. how dare anybody curse a customer out for asking a question! I want to know what you will do to resolve this issue, or I'm cancelling my contracts with your company and never buying anything with the name "Electrolux" on it
