My name is Thomas Giannou, Merc# [protected], bank account last five digits: 96355, ph: [protected].
On 6/6/2025 i refunded $13,445.23 to a master card ending in 8043. A temporary authorization was posted on that mastercard for -13,445.23. That authorization was later removed by someone in your fraud department.
On 6/12/2025 the $13,445.23 was removed from my bank account.
I called elevon and was told to call 1-470-3315 a person named heather
and ask when the $13,445.23 is going to be returned to my bank account. I've left a number of messages at that phone number and haven't heard from anyone about this issue. It' like a dead message office for my complining about this problem.

Claimed loss: $13,445.23 need to be returned to my bank account.

Desired outcome: Return the funds to my bank account ending in 96355 so the credit card can be paid off. It would be nice if someone could call me back at 509-370=4737 and let me know when and how this problem is going to be solved.
