EF Educational Tours review: Do yourself a favor-do not go on an ef tour!

Disappointing experience with EF all around. They overcharge and inconvenience you if any issues arise on trips. They make you get on a tour bus and drive to an airport to sit for 10 hours when they know your flight has been cancelled because they have no other tour bus options and don't want to lose what THEY paid.
They talker advantage of these kids and give them the smallest and cheapest meals and skimp on everything. Sub par food and accommodations.
They make promises they don't keep and you're basically screwed if you get the insurance (we have 10 sets of parents still fighting to get refunds and it's 7 weeks since we got back from our horrific trip) customer service is absolutely horrific and of course you don't get insurance and you're screwed too because they're not ethical at EF and will keep your money even though you didn't get half the things (food, tours, nights in hotel) you were supposed to.

Take a family trip or find any other way to go but I'd avoid EF at all costs-because it will cost you and you'll have NO recourse if anything goes wrong-insurance or
