Edgars Fashion / Edcon — poor service at edgars galleria
I have contacted Edgar's Galleria on 13th July to speak to the Estee Lauder consultant but she was busy so the lady asked for my name and no. so the consultant could phone me back regarding the cosmetic promotion starring on 21sy July. I had no phone call from them.
I phoned the store again today, 14th July, I was firstly put on hold for 7 min so I phoned back to speak to a manager I was told by Xola the store manager and 2nd in charge was not in. I asked for a department manager she did not let me speak to one. I asked her about the cosmetic special she stated they do not know about it as no communication was sent to them. How can communication go out to customers when the staff themselves know nothing about it, this is just unethical.
All I wanted to know was which brands fall under the cosmetic sale and no one in the cosmetic department at Edgar's Galleria knows.
Extremely poor service.
