Easy home took a payment that was supposed to be cancelled and an employee didn't cancel it so my payment got taken out on April 20th, it is now April 28th and still no refund. My account has been overdrawn and I have had NSF fees for my bill that was supposed to be use with the money easy home took. I am a single mom of 3 kids and 100 is alot of money to me. This is unacceptable and I will be returning all products I have with easy home and making this public to the media. I have been patient and waited for over a week now and all I hear is it will be there any day now. This is enough and ridiculous for me to have to wait this long. I would like something done about this

Desired outcome: I would like my money refunded asap and a discount for the products if I decide to keep them

they did the same to me, they added a sacond computer to my account and took the money out of my account, no papers were singed no delivery date, nothing, they jus took the money, they are scammers!
