This is discovered on October 11,2023 when I got late payment and went straight to the bank to settle for it and discovered a huge misery that my checking account was already fall below its maintaining balance since february without me knowing.This was due to the Dec.2022 incident where in I transfer fund from metro bank to eastwest I got a due every 10th of the month, this transfer was confirm but not reflected eastwest bank system on time so I got charges on January but was settled and closed January 2023 for this was the start of huge misery that my acct was charge monthly without me knowing til I settle my account when I got a day late for my payment due on October 10th. After invistagation they credit bank some charges that they had charged me but not included on October 2023. They have charged me penalties which is supposed to be not my fault to begin with they have waive penalties but not on October 2023. Bank manager told me that they had explained it to me I should not fall below maintaining balance, Yes it clear to me but since I know its not my fault it did fall below its maintaining balance she insist that its my responsibility to monitor my account, Yes I know, but like this instance that I didnt how it happen without any notifications . Falling maintaining balance should be for 2 consecutive months to be charged so why should I be charged on october for falling maintaining balance it was due to banks fault or whose system fault it was. Furthermore, due to this error/system issue I got to settle 2 cheques where there should only one to settle but because I didnt know that I already dont have any fund I got 2 checks to settle to make it worst I got charged differently with my developer (lot loan) for 2 accounts with penalties wherein I should only have 1 account to settle because I know there was a sufficient fund for the 1 account.

Claimed loss: Charge 2 account from 8990 in the amount of 1,200 for each account penalty due to this. I would like to waive unjust penalties and I would like to get the other penalty that I have paid which I dont have anyfault.

Desired outcome: I just want to settle what was just. This is clearly wrong, I would like to have a immediate response and solution. I am hoping that this matter will be resolve without me taking a another step to seek legal advice
