Every 2-3 months, a different rep attends my elderly parents home and aggressively insist on knowing who their current provider is, what services they have and what they're paying. They disregard hearing "not interested" and persist with questioning. Twice, I've been present to see them harassing my parents and asked them to leave. They dismiss our responses and the fact that my parents are too frail to stand at the door to be challenged by their aggressive pursuits. The fact that Eastlink has no respect for people and continues to return despite continued requests to leave ensures we will never support their business.
Recommendation: Do not support a business built on disrespect and disregard for people
