This company accepted the order for a Xmas plant to be delivered the following day. A week later when the plant was not delivered, I contacted the company and they said they would check on the order and call back with information. They did not call back. I had to re-contact them again and they finally delivered a different and less expensive flower arrangement than I ordered and said that they were busy and that they were not obligated to deliver the order as promised on-line. The person on the phone was rude and uncooperative. Had I not kept calling, the order would not have been delivered, even though they charged my credit card on the same day that I placed the order.

This company is not trustworthy, and I recommend that all customers avoid transactions with them. They do not deliver what they charge you for.

    I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my friend for her birthday. I ordered it to be delivered three days later. This did not arrive. I have emailed this company numerous times with no joy! Would buy from them again? NEVER. Would I recommend anyone to buy from them...NEVER they are a con and a scam... They are so unreliable. If you dont want to deliver on the requested day DO NOT ACCEPT OUR ORDERS

    I placed an order via the eflorist web page ( for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on Mothers Day. I received a phone message on my mobile phone from eflorist late afternoon on Mothers Day to say that they had not been able to make the delivery due to excessive demand (well it was Mothers Day after all - happens once a year). They instead would like me to agree to them being delivered the day after and would give me a "free upgrade" if I agreed to this. Well the clue to Mothers Day is in the second word. Not much use delivering them after the Day is over. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND ACCEPT ORDERS THEY DO NOT HONOUR.

    I agree. They failed to deliver flowers to my father's funeral. Then they called and asked if I would like them delivered elsewhere. I sent email requesting delivery to his home 2 miles from funeral home and got this response:

    "Please be advised we have made several attempts to have your floral order delivered for the funeral service. Unfortunately, we have encountered several obstacles for this delivery. Our standard of quality and freshness of the arrangement may have been compromised as the exact species of flowers are not available for this exact time. We also do not have florists available to make the delivery to the address specified."

    Now, reading their response carefully, they made several atempts to deliver flowers they don't have using an associated local florist which doesn't exist! Ridiculous!!! STAY AWAY

    If already not, one of the biggest internet fraud company out there. Order flowers from E Florist and flowers were never deliver. E Florist claimed since the flowers were never deliver they will credit me the full amount that was charged for the flowers. I never received my refund although E Florist employees claimed I was refunded the full amount the day the goods were unble to be deliver. 6 months later and I'm still trying to get a refund from the company that claimed I was refunded. I'm pretty sure that if I was refunded the amount my bank statements would show it clearly and my bank would be aware of the refund. This company is a scam!!!
