Flavor of filters
I've been using the E-cigs brand electronic cigarettes for more than a year. My last two orders contained filters that had a terrible taste. I tried one from each box and felt like I would puke. I contacted the company to ask if they changed ingredients or received any other complaints and never heard back from them
I would like to remove my complaint. How can I do that? After writing about e-cigs brand, the company has been outstanding. They had changed manufacturers which I wasn't aware of. They have since been more than generous and I now recommend them to friends.

How can I stop these people? They have charged my credit card $79.00 and $69.00 with in one week .
What takes so long for order arrive after ship date, UPS says should have arrived 5 Jan 17, so far no receipt at my end, track #92748999997952553019713149, can I get some help for I am out and I expect delivery on time, for I am trying to hold off going back to regular cigarettes. This was suppose to be a free e-cig through a survey taken but then 3 weeks later there was charges to my account for $ 84.95 it's a scam and when I call the number given [protected] I am put on hold and no one ever answers I tried emailing them with the email they gave Supportecig.com this is upsetting and a scam

I received a saposta be FREE Ecig just pay shipping and I got the cig in my mail within 3 days this company stole 99.00 out of my bank account it put my bank acc. Upside down 97.00 witch I will get charged a 35.00 bank fee for over draft I called them and they told me that it was my flat for letting them do it by making the order they told me they would replace 70.00 back in my account in about 2 days witch will be 70.00 bank charges for 2 days so this ordeal is costing me over 100.00 dollops for my FREE Ecig I will never order anything online again...TEDDY BOREN.

i orderd a trial pack for £4.99 few weeks later they had taken £74.36 out of my account without permision, then they sent us mor e vapore and took another £49, we tryed to ring them and was on the phone for 30 mins and were told that they will refund £49, but not the £74.36 as i was told that u have to return it within 15days .I dont nomally fall for scams, but the term are not very clear this company shouldnt be able to get away with this sombody needs to do somthink, befor other people dont fall for it like a lot of other people.jill darbyshire hope to hear from u soon.
well it is good that i am not the only played as a fool, i already canceled my account and put a complaint with my bank, these guys ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES, I HOPE THEY FINALLY GET LOCK UP, THEY HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR A LOOOOONG TIME
Same story also disabled. $4.95 survey. Then 2 weeks later $99.95 unautherised debit put me in the red with my bank. I am sooo pissed. I filed a dispute with my bank and see what happens. meanwhile can't get ecig to answer the phone.
Me too I am a pensioner and trying to pack up smoking so when I won an e-cig i was delighted. However I didn't like the taste when it arrived and it made me vomit. I cancelled within 2 days of my 'WON' e cig told telling them I didn't like them and didn't want anymore. Today i have just found out that they've charged £73.98! Have phoned and they are being really obnoxious - not listening telling me I should have used it longer - didn't want anymore of a product that made me vomit. Just won't listen. We are in a terrible state and don't know which way to turn - credit card says it can't stop anyone taking money from our account! Please please help

I recieved an email from ecigsbrand.com offering a trial e-cig for 14.99 with 2.00 off that if you use the code ECIGS in the code box. I then recieved two charges that day one for 14.99 and another for .52 cents. I also recieved a confirmation phone call from a representitve offering more products. I speficlly 'declined any thing else other than the trial thank you'. I recieved the product... these are the worst tasting cartriges that I have ever tried. My daughter had placed an order just days before and was charged 99.99 in three incrimental charges. Tho they represent themselves as one web site they bill you as another. Companies such as this one, make it difficult for sceptic comsumers to trust the web site for personal purchase.

I ordered a trial pack of E CIGARETTES-SMOKE. It never arrived. Then I found that my credit card had been billed twice one amount of £6 99. second amount £73 88. I called them and they said I had agreed to terms and conditions. They are frauds and cheats. Do not use this company.
I placed an order and then find out that these people have access to my checking account and have charged me $99.99 which i never gave them permission to do. This is a frud and someone needs to check them. I have called and told them about there selves and that they shouldnt allow Customer service to just go into one account and take money that dont belong to them.
Just checked my credit card statement and it showed that I was charged $40.00 after I had already cancelled my membership back in June. After speaking to customer service, I was told that i agreed to "place my account on hold and then begin getting charged this month". Now when I cancelled, I told the guy that I quit smoking, so why would I want to keep paying for something I didn't want to use anymore? These people are just trying to steal your money so don't bother with them AT ALL! Sending that order back as soon as I get it in the mail. Call [protected] for Customer Service.
I also was taken in by this company. To one of the posts, there are no T&C's to read! I have today been in contact with my bank (last of very many calls) and they cannot refund my money as the company says that the £6.99 is for postage and packing and the £73.98 is for the starter pack which all the people who have ordered this will know is not worth that amount or anything near it. My bank, Nat West, is aware of this company who they say are basically not doing anything illegall which I find hard to believe. I have e-mailed Watchdog who hopefully might put an end to this scam!
I totally agree with you Tex1234, as soon as i ordered i read the small print and so i sent an email saying i would like to cancel my membership, which they did and nothing more but my cost for the trial kit was taken!
I love how people complain about crap they sign up for. READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE GIVING OUT YOUR DEBIT CARD PEOPLE! The terms and conditions clearly state it is a membership. People NEVER read these, then play the victim roll when their card is charged. My lord, we have become a society on blaming others for our on stupid actions. My lord, take responsibility for your lazyness in not reading what you buy!
[protected] They don't have an 800 #. The e-mail is a dead link. I ordered the 4.99 special trial (or whatever) after I had already entered my billing info I noticed the plan. I called immediately and someone answered (couldn't speak english very well) told them I wanted to cancel. He went into this hard sell routine ended up being charged the original 4.99 + 59.99 for extra cartridges. Checked "my account" on their website it showed 2 orders for 59.99, I canceled my debit card before they could run anything else through my bank was not helpful (visa logo) on my debit card. The credit union stated they could not cancel the order although it had not shipped. Anyway this all occurred in the course of an hour. Got my shipment I think I got the 2 orders worth. It seems to work after charging but the FDA does not recommend electronic cigs. This is their website http://ecigsbrand.com/webstore/default.aspx they also want you to sell the garbage.
There are many other legitimate companies out there, which supply a quality product. (made in the USA not China) Try a company called "Njoy", ( at www.njoy.com ) we met them at a trade show back in 2008, never had a problem, good flavor, I think "they were the first, all the rest are cheap knock offs. (they have a starter kit for only $21.99) I did hear that a company called "blu" has a good product at http://www.blucigs.com We have used a couple diff brands (including single disposables) using in between real cigs, it has helped us cut to 1/2 a pack a day - or less!
So if you go on http://www.ecigarettes-smoke.com/Landing.aspx?CampaignID=1004 and hit the very bottom blue link that you can hardly see there is the terms and conditions, it states you will be charged 99.00 after 15 days then 79.99 there after. You must cancel in 15 days and the number is listed in the terms and conditions. these people are complete scam artists and i will not let this go. I will call this people till they reverse the charge and i tear them apart. These people will get whats coming to them.
I recieved my e cig starter kit that doesnt work at all then i noticed on the pamplet that came w/it says it will start billing me monthly they dont even work for 1 and 2 i never seen anything stating they would bill me after . how do i stop this bs
