Any time regardless of the date or time of day, when trying to view my information on my Discover Card website, I get the following error message

When will this issue be fixed. I use DuckDuckkGo as my default browser for all my internet websites. I don't like the other browser options because they don't afford me the greatest privacy that duckduckgo gives me. Thank you for your assistance with this problem.
