company billed for cleaning a clogged drain. Not only Company charged a huge amount for about 10 minutes work, $225.00, but they add $15.00 as an environmental fee.
There was no spillage of dirt and no collection of any residue by company and there was no reference to any formal law or document regarding such fee.
It looks like quite unjustified. Can you help?

September 3 i have recharged 27 DH. i have received 24 DH only. and after some time i have used 12 DH one international calling package and balance all money disrepair from my account,

My number is [protected], I don't know my my airtime disappears anytime I recharge my line. I make use of my airtime recharge n few minutes later, the remaining airtime disappears. This happens all the time

i have concern about my data i cannot use it since somebody call me from immigration and getting my emirates ID and i missed to give it after he called my sim is blocked and cannot call and message now i can call but it has now a problem about my data i cannot use it even the icon of 3g or 4g or LTE is not appearing in the screen..

Ref: Du Account (1.[protected]) Du has the worst service i have ever experienced so far. My Du account got activated a week back and installation has not done yet and i keep calling customer everyday and they keep saying it will be done today, tomorrow... For this Du service i even canceled my etisalat account also. Really a bad experience.

There is shown 500 dhs charge for one day overseas data without my knowledge/ SMS/ my request. I did not used this type service. I already complained two times at Dubai Mall breach. They did given any satisfactory solution. So please I want satisfactory solution.

I got 500 Dhs bill overseas data package for one day only without my knowledge/ SMS/ my confirmation/ my request. I already complained two time in Dubai mall branch.But I did not got any satisfactory solution. Please I want needful action.

Hi du customer services,
My concern is about my credit balance that I am recharging mostly with 25 or 50 dhms per month goes to 0 balance without using for any call. This has been happening for the several times since now.
Kindly pls stop all the unnecessary ads from you. I would like to unsubscribe frm all your ads n calls.

Activate 1 hour pack but the Pack will finish in within 30 minutes also attached the screenshot also the message timing then I will call to Customer care inform the issue but they cannot understand the problem that's why I am complaint online thank you

Du has put me in trouble for cancellation of the contract.
I was bulffed by their sales guy, without explaning the contract cancellation cost. Now i need to cancel the contract.
No complaints were heard from me.

Never take Du connection.

They give me free sim card and I did not use it, months passed I received a bill amount of 504aed without using the sim card. Really such a sucker telecom network. Pity on you guys maybe you don't have a good business that's why you're doing these kind of sucks. Etisalat is still the best telecom here in UAE.

13th of may i have talk up of 10 aed on my phone number [protected], i have just activated 1 day data pack of 2.5 aed and on 14th i have deactivated wothout any extra use mu account is zero.I have tried a lot to contact coustomer care but couldnt please solve this issue or atleast call me back

Worst company customer service I've ever encountered.

Cancel appointment whenever they want.
Promise to call back to schedule appointments but on a regular basis call back to let the phone ring once and hang up. This is done in a lazy attempt
to claim they called. Unfortunately it is a monopoly with no governance or accountability.
