My credit card was charged $49.99 on December 16, 2025. I ordered nothing, and in fact, I never signed up for any subscription with you. Please credit my account immediately and notify me when you're done. I think I've explained my situation and complaint clearly and succinctly. I'm not sure why I have to type 350 words in order to deserve your full attention.

I haven't heard anything from them and at this point, I'm guessing I never will. My new credit card statement shows another $49.99 charge this month. My only recourse is to take it up with my credit card company.
