Dr. Dabber is the best of the electronic rigs out so far. The battery life is spectacular I couldn't be any happier with the performance of my switch. I have recommended this device to everyone I know and everyone who smokes out of it and hears about the battery life makes the "switch" its well worth the money and my induction cup has lasted just about a year so far and still running stronger than ever I have zeros complaints about this company, their customer service is the best of the best also they will get in touch in less then 3 hours most times but definitely with in 24 hours at the most. This amazing rig has 25 heat settings.

So, I wanted to purchase a nice product from Dr. Dabber. I invested quite a bit of cash spending my money, thinking i got something solid. But,when I received the product it doesn't even work like it says it suppose too. The heating pieces that came with my Boost, burn my material up and the pre-set heating doesn't warm up properly. Went to switch to another coil that come with the product and my wick falls out and look on the website and you cant replace this part. WASTE OF MONEY! and all the hype for these products are a sham! I also heard of these products burn the user. I tried to request for a refund, but the they honor their warranties. What can i do?

Dr Dabber chose to do business in a market that is very difficult to satisfy. The learning curve with vapes (even of the same brand) is steep and things aren't always intuitive. That being said, I am as heavy a smoker as anyone on Earth and I am an early adopter for anything with a buzz around it. I have owned every product Dr dabber has released save for the Aurora and various limited edition models, and they have been high quality. When they started, materials used weren't the same and as the market evolved, so have they. One thing has not changed...their desire to satisfy the customer. I have not always been easy to deal with but I've always felt I was important to them.

Not only does dr dabber have grade A products that are high quality and Innovative, but they have amazing customer support as well. Every time I've reached out to them they are happy to help and they make it a pleasure. I have used the warranty (after years of heavy use) on my Dr. dabber switch and was very pleased with the service provided and the quick response and repair, with free shipping. I also own a boost black edition And the boost Evo, I love both of these devices as well. Dr. dabber is a company I know I can trust when I order from To provide high quality products and great customer service. Unfortunately, this is something I haven't received from other vape companies. Thank you dr dabber.

Great products that don't break the bank and the customer service team at Dr Dabber are second to none. I've had an issue or two with orders but all were dealt with very well and quickly. I have had contact with Rox Anne and Chase who are very helpful. A parcel from them got stuck in the covid bottleneck for a month. They kept an eye on the delivery and kept me informed every couple of days of its status. A device I bought developed a fault and replacement was sent within a few hrs of me reporting it. If all companies were as good as this to deal with I'd be a happy person. It's not the encountered issues that colour my opinion of a company, it is the way they are dealt with and dr dabber are 5*..did I mention the products kick *** too

The customer service is insane in the membrane , probably the best I've dealt with so far. The bees knees as some would say. They helped me quite a bit and because of that I will eventually own every product they have.

The dabber switch is AMAZING! I am very impressed with it so far and also it's smoooooooooooth! Dabber switch + cup of coffee , that is IT right there.

Incase you haven't done it yet, join their discord. I haven't seen any other companies doing stuff like Dr. Dabber is right now. Very interactive with the users and that discord was the reason why I was able to get the switch.

I'm a huge fan of Dr. Dabber devices. These are hands-down the most premium devices I've ever used. I have tried many, many mid-range to high-end glass and electric devices over the past 20 years. Roor, PHX, Volcano, etc. I'm currently using the Switch and it is just phenomanal. Here are some key callouts: HITS! Incredible hits, just absolutely rips better than any other rig I've used SELF-CLEANING! My dab time has been cut in half from my e-nail, and not having to clean also saves me a ton of time. CUSTOMER SERVICE I placed an order, but immediately wanted to switch out some things. No issue at all, I live chatted Dr. Dabber and it was an easy peasy swap. Canceled one order, placed another. Very pleasant reps, too! Thank you Dr. Dabber! You have a fan for life! MT

I bought the Switch from a third party over a year ago. It was defective from day one, but I just thought it was supposed to work that way, and I couldn't understand what all the fuss was about. Then a friend pointed out it wasn't working properly and I should call Dr. Dabber. I called them, explained the situation, but I had no receipt and didn't even remember the name of the company that I bought it from. I figured that I would pay for it myself because it was my fault that I've had it so long and not realized that something was wrong with it. Dr dabber was so wonderful. They actually fixed the whole thing for me for free, and did all of this within about a week's time. I love my Switch. And I love Dr. Dabber. It's an excellent company with excellent customer service..

I have Crohns disease as well as bipolar disorder. Pharmaceuticals for bipolar made me feel strange and the stuff for Crohns made me suicidal. The support staff at Dr. *** is not only incredibly knowledgeable about all of their products, but they take the time to answer any question to help me get the best experience with my equipment. To top that off, they are more tolerant of me than I deserve. I have been in crisis before when I called customer service and rather than taking my insults personally they shrugged it off, stayed positive and professional and still gave me the best attention I have ever been given. I dont even deserve to be treated like their *** me!When I tell you that the products are the best you will ever find in the industry you better believe it. But when I tell you that their people are going to surpass your wildest expectations do yourself a favor and give them a call and find out for yourself!

In the year of 2020 with stress levels high and isolation essentially mandatory Dr. Dabber changed my opinion about what a company could offer to their customer. Starting out skeptical and assuming they might be another company trying to cash in on the popularity of cannabis I didn't really give them a fair shake . I am very pleased I had the chance to see them make things right, because they have probably four times over. At Dr.Dabber you are rewarded for being a loyal customer. For example, after the new year rolled around they sent me a VIP email with a gift code for 100 dollars to spend as I wished. I purchased their state of the art vape pen. The Stella, and you can be sure I am looking forward to enjoying this device at and away from home. It will be nice to give the Switch a rest once and a while, although she doesn't need a break, the thing is a tank and works like a charm again and again. Of course I spend money on the site, I am happy to. Their products work well and look good doing it. if anything troublesome should occur the lovely customer support will back you up and keep you coming back to the one place you will ever need for a proper hit.

Dr. Dabber is, hands down, one of the FINEST producers of high-quality vaporizers currently on the market. Their products - stellar! Their customer service - EVEN BETTER! As someone who has used Dr. Dabber on many occasions and as someone who owns most of their products, I can honestly say this from both personal experience - you cannot go wrong with Dr. Dabber!

Dr dabber has been in my eyes for the longest time , especially the Evo Boost , ill start this off with saying I've used many if not all Erig's you can think of , my first time using their brand it was like no other , just the perfect temps and the perfect airflow to maximize your hits and oil efficiency , in all of their Erig's i will say that it doesn't waste one bit of oil , the quality of their builds is something you notice off the bat , you can see and feel how much effort was put into them making the perfect rig for us consumers , it is so easily cleanable its unbelievable , take the glass off and wallah ,

now onto the customer support , they are seriously fantastic and I can only imagine the team as a whole is seriously one of the fastest responding and helpful that I've experienced , i had the pleasure of dealing with dawn on the support team and wow where they helpful , i mean seriously they answered every question i asked and even helped me out with a discount code for the holidays and for making the switch over , they answered back within 2 minutes and i mean seriously , that is a huge step in customer service

in my own summary , this has been the best invest I've made for as long as I've been toking , i will be a life time supporter just for the sheer fact of respect they show customers

I've been a Dr. Dabber customer for a while, and it's TRULY because of the customer support! Big shouts to Rox Anne and Chase, as I've been helped by them over the years very often and with no hesitation nor any difficulties..I've had other Customer Care specialists I've spoken to, and they are ALL great, my apologies for leaving out their names as I've not spoken to them often, but ANYONE you get handles us with care. I would say I was treated as what I am with Cannabis, a patient. They aren't a medical company, but they have the courtesy and compassion that's compatible with patients. I was a customer since the first Boost, that I got kinda late in 2016 and got the Black..Then I went to another portable for a while and and e-nail and didn't like the air path on the portable and how the temp distribution was on the e-nail at lower temps, which got me back to the Switch, which I LOVE LOVE LOVE. Then after I got fed up with the air path of their portable competitor, the Carta Focus V, I picked up a Boost Evo and it is a champ! The BEST portable I've tasted...ever! I'm not one for spending a lot of money, though they say the switch is on the high I've got small upgrades and they treat me like a VIP. As I see, it's nothing personal, except maybe longevity or being a loyal customer, which is awesome! It takes good service for that to begin with. Customer service is a big part of their business and they stand behind their products! Every time I've had a problem, I was taken care of and treated with the utmost care and respect with each issue. They aren't only good to us, the smoke shops in my area love them..The man who sold me the Evo raved about Dr. Dabber's customer service and gave the finger to Puffco's way of doing business..for real!

I have used many different devices over the years. From coil heating boxes made of wood and something that looks like a refurbished (from old) sawdering tool, to more recently discovered ways to smoke, or vaporize your flower. The biggest challenge has been concentrates. In the past you either had oil or hash that you would burn in the most barbaric ways unless you had a little engineering skill to build something yourself. Now, today, we have something that blows away all that old junk. Thank you Dr. Dabber!

I had doubts at first, even after seeing someone on YouTube completely smash their switch, (which took amazing abuse) to then send it back under warranty, have it refurbished, returned working again just to see if they would and they did! I'll be honest it was expensive, but thinking about it I didn't feel I was going to buy another flimsy glass waterpipe that would shatter into a thousand pieces with my hopes and dreams of enjoying my flower.

After a week of going on how I could do so many other things with the money it would cost to purchase. I purchased the "Switch". I looooooooove it, I am truly happy with it! It feels so great to not have to use a loud torch and look like I am smoking something way worse than some cannabis. The ease and features are cool looking and instruction is so simple to follow (web support online also has more info on use, safety and maintenance I checked). It stores easily and doesn't have a bunch of wired heating elements, or flammable gasses to store. The ability to control heat and be safe at the same time is an accomplishment on its own.

After purchasing I realized I didn't use my friends referral link and wanted to make sure my friend who recommended this to me got his reward for a referral. I sent an email and they replied almost immediately. I spoke to Chase, he took care of me with a referral discount and he took care of my good friend with some Dr. Dabber points (you can redeem for discounts and other fun stuff). I was more than happy and it made my friend happy. Win, win! Thank you, thank you, thank you for giving me an easy, safe and fun way of enjoying my cannabis.

Side Note: I logged into the Discord and they are constantly giving away cool stuff every month. Some of us can't afford all the cool stuff they have, but this gives everyone a chance to get some parts and pieces for free, along with brand new devices all together. The best thing is that there are a lot of people in the community who like to help others and especially new folks if you ask questions.

DRD, LLC is a dope company that sells some sick dabbing gear. But they gotta get their tax game straight. They be charging me some bogus city tax that ain't even legit, and then on top of that, the state tax be all messed up too. Like, come on man, get it together. Other than that, their products are fire and I definitely recommend checking them out.

I paid for an item from DRD, LLC but it never got shipped. I can't even get a delivery date, shipping date or tracking info. I've been told different stories by customer support which is confusing. I ordered it on March 19th and got an email saying it shipped on March 21st but it's all lies.

They sent me a packag that I paid $500 for and it didnt have the main piece you need to work any of it. Uploaded screenshot of order and picture of the box missing the main piece so I cant use anything else they sent. Im still trying to get them to reply and fix this but as of right now Im leaving a bad review here. If they resolve it I can try to remove this but as of right now they have screwed me over and I dont want it to happen to more people if they are unwilling to fix this.

I gave drd LLC 349.95 for their boost evo thing. Their website said it had an app so I could control it from my phone. But when I got it, I tried to download the app and it's gone. If I knew the app was gone, I wouldn't have bought it and would have got something else with a working app. I talked to drd LLC but they didn't help me out.

I bought somethin' from DRD, LLC 'bout a month ago. Got an email sayin' it would ship in 2-5 days. Ain't got no trackin' number yet. Ordered it on Jun 14th and got an email sayin' it would ship in 2-4 business days. After a week, I emailed 'em and mentioned the email. They told me that the 2-4 day time frame only applied to items in stock. They didn't say nothin' 'bout that durin' the transaction. They said they expected to get inventory to fill my order by the end of June. It's July 9th and I still ain't got no trackin' number. I feel like they lied to me and took advantage of me.

Boost is the worst product I've ever used. The warranty is a joke, they just send another broken unit. The nail gets way too hot and burns or doesn't work. The Dr Dabber Boost Black is a joke that cost me $200 with accessories, all of which only work with this terrible product. The warranty is a joke, they send you another broken or improperly working replacement. The nails get so hot the product burns, even though the max temp is supposed to be around 600f it's reaching 900f and above. In addition, the part you are supposed to hold and handle while using gets hot enough to burn you. So even if I get my money back for the unit, I'll be out all the accessories. Don't buy anything from these people. They are a joke.

Got the dr dabber boost evo from a dealer who dr dabber said was cool. But it ain't cool, cuz it don't work. I even spent another $100 on a new atomizer and glass thingy, but UPS messed up and now dr dabber won't help me out. They say they can't give me my money back or swap it for the dr dabber switch, cuz they don't cover dealers they said were cool. They kept asking for my receipt and social, and now they ain't helping me at all. I wasted $400 on this junk. If a head shop says they're an authorized dealer and recommends this crap, it's cuz they can't sell anything else. Even the sticker on the window outside says they're an authorized dealer, but it's all a lie. Dr.dabber says they help people with medical problems, but they ain't helping me.

Got the new Dr. Dabber Switch on 12/21 after buying it on 12/11. But it doesn't work right and they won't give me my money back. It's a scam! I spent a bunch of time trying to fix it, but it's still messed up. They lied about what it can do and now I feel like they ripped me off. I thought they were supposed to help sick people, but they just took my money and ran. I tried to talk to them about it, but they just passed me around to different people and companies. In the end, they said they wouldn't give me my money back. I'm so mad because it was really expensive and I was really excited to use it. But now I just feel like they tricked me. And their customer service is terrible.
