Bad service... it took forever to seal my rim. When they finally did, they put the lugs nuts on too tight. When I asked them to loosen them, the employee got rude and made racist comments.

Had some issues with the work done on my Ford Fusion at Downtown Safeway Tire & Car Care LLC. Got 4 new tires, tire pressure sensor, and wheel alignment in July for $754. When I picked up my car, I was told that the technician couldn't connect the sensor or do the alignment because it's a Ford thing. Ended up paying $383 more. Then in December , got rear brakes, rotors, and a flex pipe replaced for $921. But when I picked up my car, ABS Serve Advance Trac and Tire Pressure Sensor Fault lights were flashing. Took it back to Ford and got a technician's report. Took that and his card to Safeway Tire, but a 35-year employee didn't want to be involved and told me to wait for a call from *** or ***. Took my car back on Saturday 12/12 and still waiting for a call. General Manager said the warning lights were a coincidence, but really?

I went to Safeway Tire on June 29 to buy some gold rims for my car. They cost $4320.00 and I had to pay $2500.00 upfront. They said it would take 4 months to get them. When I went back on November 4, they still hadn't arrived and they said it would be another 4 weeks. So, I decided to get new tires too, which cost $2052.00. I paid for them in full and they said they would arrive in 4 weeks too. But when I went back in February, March, and April, they still hadn't arrived. Finally, on April 20, 2022, the salesman said they could give me my money back, but I really wanted the wheels. He made a phone call and said they would be there in 3 to 4 weeks. But when I went back on May 18, 2022, they still weren't there. So, they agreed to refund my money, which they did with 2 receipts - one for $2500.00 and another for $2052.00. They said it would take 5 to 7 days to get my refund, but it's now June 3, 2022 and I still haven't received it. They won't return my phone calls either. This situation is not okay with me.

I had a little problem with my car pulling to the right, so I took it to Downtown Safeway Tire & Car Care LLC for a front end alignment. They said I needed some new parts before they could do the alignment, which made sense to me. I ordered the parts and paid for the service, and it only took about a week to get the parts. I dropped off my car on June 29th, and picked it up on June 30th. I saw my car on the alignment machine, and everything seemed fine. When I got my keys, they told me the steering might feel a little weird because of the new parts, and that I needed to "break them in" before they could finish the alignment. They told me to come back in a week or so.

I called on July 9th to ask when I could bring my car back in, but they told me they don't do that and that once I pick up my car, they're done. This was the opposite of what they told me before. I followed their instructions, but when I called back on July 12th, they said they would call me back the next day. The guy who called me back was really rude and wouldn't schedule a time for me to get the alignment. I explained that my car was scary to drive and that the alignment was worse than when I brought it in. He yelled at me and said I just needed to drop off my car and they would get to it.

I already paid $1,809 for this repair, and my car went from slightly pulling to being almost undriveable. It shakes over 40mph and pulls into other lanes on its own. I'm scared to drive it. I understand it's first come, first serve, but I already paid in full and this work was supposed to be done already. It only takes 45-90 minutes, and it's been over two weeks. This is not okay.
