These guys are liars. They make the deal sound great, but they know they've got you. They deal with people who have bad credit and take advantage of them instead of helping. They throw everything at you to make sure you're their first priority, but then when you see the paperwork, there are crazy charges that were never discussed. When you confront them, they say they have no choice and it's the only way to get approved, which is complete BS. Don't go to these guys. You'll be locked in for 6-7 years paying crazy payments for something you could get approved for at any other dealership if you just put some money down. Dishonest buyers beware. They will take advantage of you.

I got a car from this company and they brought it to my house on July 2. They gave me 7 days to check it out. The next day, I called them and told them that there was a fog light missing, the front bumper clips were broken on the passenger side, the inner fender was broken, and there were scratches on the passenger side. I told them that it needed to be fixed. They ignored me from that day on. I've talked to about 5 different people and I'm still waiting. They say they're too busy and that they'll call me back, but I'm still waiting and haven't heard back from them. I paid $19,000 for this car and I want it fixed. The last person I talked to was named *** and his number is ***. He said he would come get the car, but he won't give me a date. Please help me.

We was supposed to buy a truck on December 7th from Driveline Auto. The sales guy said the 2010 truck might not pass the out of province inspection, so he tried to make us buy a more expensive truck. Then he said we had to redo the papers and add taxes because my partner's indigenous band number and address couldn't be used, which is not true. We tried to back out until they agreed to pay for the out of province inspection and any repairs. The manager said he knew the truck needed repairs and they sent me a rental. But it's been a battle to get any response from them since the truck went in the shop on the 14th. We've been ignored and told we can only text, not call. It's now December 21st and we still haven't received the truck or a rental. They want us to make payments for the truck even though we haven't registered or insured it or even received it. They said we wouldn't need a rental because the truck would only be in the shop for 3 days, but it's been a week and they won't give us a rental unless we pay for it.

I applied for a car with Driveline auto on June 23 and got approved on June 29. They sent me pictures of the cars I could choose from and the ones I was approved for. I asked for a van with a *** player and they said the one they showed me had it for sure. But when they delivered the van, there was no *** player. I showed them the messages where they said it had one and they offered to buy me two ***s instead. I agreed, but they bought old used ones that won't even work with the newest updates by 2023. I asked if I could trade the van, but they didn't respond. I paid $69,000 for this van over the next 7 years and only asked for a 7 seater with a *** player. The communication with this company has been terrible and I just want it to be over.
