Dorrance Publishing review: kdp account showing on amazon and what books and ebooks have been sold

kdp terminated my acct with no explanation, contacted dorrance, they will not respond to this issue and last Sept 10, 2025 payment on my account was paid on Sept 30, 2025, they claimed it was used for August payment yet all other months are accurate and I sent Vickie kowalecki copies of my debit creditcard statements, to make the payments from showing months september-december 2025, still no action is taking. I will never recommend this company to anyone. they obviously don't care about the authors, all they care about is the money

Claimed loss: I need for my information on amazon to be reset up by dorrance so I am able to see how many books I have sold and what I should be making.

Desired outcome: I want my kdp account reset up, my book showing what the sales are on amazon as well as other places through amazon and what my royalties will be
