DoorDash review: "customer service is not their specialty"

I will start by saying I have absolutely no positive experiences with doordash, this last one takes the cake. I placed a delivery order from Arby's not knowing doirdash would delivering it. Arby's is a mile or less down the street. My order included a shake. My order was picked up by the dasher at 8:05 [ received a message at 8:07 stating the dasher was approaching with my order, 8 minutes later it still said the same thing. I reached out and got no answer, I texted and nothing. Once the dasher did respond it had been 30 minutes or better and I said this is ridiculous its taking so long when it said she would be here over 30 minutes ago. She said I agree im still here waiting for your order. I said well when you didn't respond I called Arby's and they said you left at 805 and at this time its 845. You're riding with a shake im sure is melted and food that is cold. After I told her she was lying she then stated she was picking up another order next door at Burger King. I asked why would you ride around with my food when Im next door. She then starts saying im rude. Well trust me I could have been a lot worse since im paying $50 for food I cant eat. I tried reaching out to doordash whom I dont have an account and because they dont care to speak to customers only gave the option to call Arby's who stated I have to take it up with doordash. Instead of dealing with their unfit dashers they wood rather treat the customers like garbage. When I did use doordash in the past they over priced the food, had ridiculous delivery fees and service charges even when I had a dash pass. and there was an issue with every order. They would leave food out of my order and when you complained state there's no solution for that issue. The only reason I get tricked now into using them is because when you order directly through these fast food chains they dont notify you until after you place the order they are using doordash.
