My insurance company recently told me they don't cover my area anymore. I had to get a wind inspection, so I chose Don Meyler inspections. The inspection happened on Friday, June 24, 2022. They said I would get the report in three business days. It's now Friday, July 1, 2022, and still no report. I tried calling the office number, the 800#, emailing, and even texting the inspector, but no one is answering or replying to my question about where my report is.

But let me tell ya, the inspector didn't even bother lookin' at the paperwork for my windows. And to top it off, he didn't include any of the important info in his report that would've qualified me for the discount. Can ya believe it? My insurance company straight up rejected his inspection. I've been tryin' to get in touch with 'em to fix this mess, but they ain't even botherin' to respond. Can't say I'm too happy 'bout it.

Me and my partner are tryin to get new insurance for our crib 'cause we're refinancin it. They said we needed a 4 point inspection, so we got Don Meyler inspections. Later on, we found out we also needed a wind mitigation inspection. The inspection happened last Friday, July 5th, 2022, and when I asked the Inspector if he could do the wind mitigation, he said no problemo. The inspector was super nice and understanding. I told him I needed the report ASAP, and he said he'd put a rush on it. They said I'd get the report by Monday August 8th, 2022. But it's now August 10th, 2022, and still no report. In the payment email/invoice, it says if I wanna pay by credit card or eCheck over the phone, I can call 'em at *** (press Option 7), and they'll release the inspection right away. I've tried callin the office number, the 800#, and even chatted with 'em, and every time they say they've put a rush on it. I asked for a refund, but they said they can't give it to me until the report is done. But that's the problem, there ain't no report yet. I just wanna get my report instead of a refund.
