I recently created an account on CivicSource and provided all the necessary documents to participate in a sale that began today. However, I encountered an issue with the website. It asked me to agree to the sale terms before the sale even started. It's confusing because I didn't know I had to agree to something that wasn't mentioned during the account sign-up process. As a result, I couldn't place a bid today because I hadn't agreed to the terms that were only visible on the day of the sale. I hope they fix this problem promptly so I can bid and conduct business as intended.

I wanna complain 'bout gettin' my deposit back from CivicSource. I started the process to auction off a piece of land next to mine, 'cause it's appraised at $120 and ain't got no access. The process was kinda complicated, but they assigned me an agent who said the startin' bid would be $5,250. The website made it seem like that was just an "estimate" and the real price would change. When I found out 'bout this, I decided to cancel and get my $850 deposit back 'cause payin' $5,250 for less than half an acre of land that ain't got no access and is only worth $120 is just plain crazy. Yesterday, on 12/16, *** told me I'd get my refund by the next Friday. But today, on 12/17, I got a call from the refund department sayin' I won't get my money back unless someone buys the property. But let's be real, ain't nobody else gonna buy it 'cept me 'cause I got an interest in it. I'm complainin' 'cause they didn't give me enough info 'bout the startin' bid, the agent lied 'bout me gettin' a refund, and now they're refusin' to give me my money back.
