I recently used realauthentication.com to authenticate a designer bag that I purchased off eBay. I had my doubts about the authenticity of the item, so decided to use this service to double check. Upon receiving the results, my worst fears were confirmed - the bag was not legit.

I have used Real Authentication's services twice, and boy, they are something else! They never cease to amaze me with their speedy feedback, responsiveness and most importantly authenticity checks. I decided to test the waters with them before purchasing two bags on separate occasions; my vintage white Chanel and the Gucci Lady Web. I sent Real Authentication photos from the seller and received an immediate response: "COUNTERFEIT". Perhaps they were right, but for a second opinion, I decided to send them the photo of my 2020 coat that was already authenticated. They waited 24 hours and replied again with a "COUNTERFEIT" verdict.

I believe that Real Authentication doesn't know what they are doing. They may even be programmed to give a negative report, regardless of the circumstances. I'm disappointed that I wasted my money and was met with false results. Save yourself the disappointment and don't go near them- they might just take your money!
