so i sent it to real authentications. At first I was hesitant to spend more money but their reviews seemed legit so I took the chance. Sent in the photos and within an hour they responded that it's fake. I was so glad that I didn't waste my money on a fake bag. Real Authentication's service was fast and easy. They even gave me tips on how to spot fakes in the future. Highly recommend this service if you're looking for experts in authenticating luxury goods. Don't waste your money on fakes!

Let me tell you, my interaction with this company was not a pleasant experience. I had some crucial queries regarding the authentication I had ordered from the Real Authentication website, but to my dismay, they never bothered to respond to my messages despite multiple attempts.

I did everything in my power- from calling them on the phone to emailing them and even reaching out to them on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, but alas, No response! It was frustrating and disappointing.

The customer service that I received from Real Authentication was below standards that can be expected from any respectable company. It was almost like they didn't care about my queries and had no intention of helping me out.

I'm telling you - Trust me, folks! If you're considering doing business with this company, think twice! Their lack of responsiveness and poor customer service is flat out unacceptable!

However, I do want to mention that Real Authentication offers a Written Statement documentation, which could be helpful for those who need more clarification on why an item is considered counterfeit.

To be honest, I was not impressed with the service I received from Real Authentication. I had previously taken my bag to the Chanel store in Venice, where they confirmed the authenticity of my bag. This made me skeptical of the results from Real Authentication. Additionally, their customer service was not up to par. I wanted to reach out to them and provide a certificate of authenticity, but they never replied to me which was really shameful.

Overall, I would say my experience with Real Authentication was not great, and I would recommend taking your items directly to the brand store for authentication. However, if you do decide to work with Real Authentication, make sure to ask for their Written Statement documentation and don't expect the best customer service.

So, I bought this bag off of Mercari, okay? And I got it authenticated through Real Authentication like you're supposed to. They was all like, "yeah, it's authentic, no worries!" And I was like, "cool, cool." Fast forward a little bit, I decide I wanna sell the bag since I wasn't usin' it much. And you know what happens? Real Authentication tells me the bag ain't authentic after all! How can this be, y'all? They authenticated it themselves not so long ago.

I gotta tell ya, it's not lookin' too good for Real Authentication right now. I spent 1300 bucks on that bag and now I'm outta luck. I'm probably gonna have to go to small claims because of this whole kerfuffle. But hey, that's life, right? Sometimes ya get the raw end of the deal.

Anyways, moral of the story is: be careful with Real Authentication. They might not be the super legit company they claim to be. Shame on them, if you ask me.

All in all, I'm really hurt by their lack of attention and poor communication. I wouldn't recommend Real Authentication to anyone looking for a reliable authentication service for their luxury goods. Better to look elsewhere for that peace of mind you need when investing in designer bags and other high-end items.
