I got Ace Property Services for my two roofs from their website

I got Ace Property Services for my two roofs from their website. They gave me a good price for both properties but then changed the price halfway through the job, which ended up costing me over 16k more. The guy who did the job is now putting a lien on my home because I didn't want to pay the full difference upfront, but instead wanted to make payments. After making three payments, he put a court order on my home. I'm an 83-year-old widow and he knows this, but he still did it. I want this lien removed and for everyone to know that this guy is a con artist who underbids and then adds more money. It's just not right.
