Domino's Pizza review: delivery time, cold pizza, poor staff service. given no receipt.

I called to order a Large PhillyCheese steak pizza to be delivered to the house and I told the guy that I order if from to make sure it was hot and the comment he made was he would try. That should have told me something. I ordered the pizza and he said it would be 45 min. Well that 45 min. turned into almost an hour and a half later. When the delivery guy finally showed up when told that he was late. His reply was that they were slammed and he got called in and also that he got lost. Don't they have GBS on the delivery cars or how else would they find the homes to deliver too. I told him i hope the pizza is hot. He left and didn't even leave a reciept on the box or any where. When I opened the pizza and started to eat a piece, it was ice cold, the cheese was already set solid, very little meat, green peppers, onion or cheese, The crust was thin and tasteless. I had paid 21.88 for this pizza and it was worse than bad. I called back to the store and a girl answered this time and said her name was Elizabeth. I told her about the order and how it was and her reply was that they were short staffed and really busy and when i told her i was going to call the corparate office she said well you will have to call them. I saw your commericals running about if the pizza was not right that a replacement would be given. She didn't even offer any. I had ordered this pizza before at another location and it was delivered hot and steamy. Will lots of steak, green peppers, onions, cheese and the cheese was steaming hot and melted and the pizza was delicious. This pizza as Sophia on the Golden Girls would say taste like S--t on a shingle. This pizza location only had excuses, poor delivery times, Poor food Quality. I paid $21.88 for a pizza that was bad, cold, tasteless, skimpy on items and way too long to order it . I feel like I threw my money down the sewer drain.
